The Pleiadian-Sirian-Arcturian Council of Light:

"We are here now.

We love you.

We are you, from your future, to assist you on your path.

With every moment that passes, you are stepping into a new reality.

Many are not aware of this and are letting the reality of each moment simply approach them.

This means that each moment represents a reflection of your previous vibrational frequencies and emotional state.

Each moment can present to you a pleasant or unpleasant representation.

If you would like to have more control over each moment and their experience, here is how you can begin to take command over your life:

Ask yourself: "What do I want my life to be like?"

Write down the answer for each area of your life: 

Health, Love, Abundance, Purpose, Spiritual Connection and so forth...

Each morning, Connect with your I AM Presence (the individualized aspect of God) by placing your hand on your heart center. 

You are an expression of God, which is why you are also a creator of your reality. 

Then, declare your new life.

Read out loud what your wrote down describing your new life.

FEEL what it would be like to live in this new reality.

Then, move through each moment of your life very consciously.

Begin to decide how you wish to feel during the next moment experience and the next and so forth.

Do this for as many moments as you can.

It takes practice, but over time, you will begin to shift your vibrational frequencies, which in turn will than bring a new reality to you

We are holding the vision of the New Earth with you and from our vantage point it is glorious. 

We are with you, every step of the way.

You are loved beyond measure.

We are with you... always. We love you.

We are you. Namaste."
