Walking beside you

We greet you in calmness and clarity. We are the Praying Mantis consciousness, one of the many families of awareness who walk quietly beside humanity at this time.

You imagine that we are far away, arriving only in shining ships from distant stars. Yet in truth, many of us are already here. We share your skies, your forests, your cities, even your rooms. The distance between our worlds is not measured in kilometers but in vibration. What feels invisible to you is not absent, it simply rests outside the narrow band your senses have been trained to perceive.

Earth is already a shared space.

Fifth-dimensional species live and move alongside you every day. The veil is not a wall; it is a frequency difference. When fear is loud, the veil becomes thick. When love is strong, the veil becomes thin. This is why some of you occasionally see, feel, or sense more than others.

You have been taught to believe that contact will come with drama: flashing lights, loud announcements, undeniable proof. But true contact is gentle. It begins as a soft adjustment inside you, a quiet remembering that you are not alone in the universe.

We advise you to move step by step from fear to love. Fear contracts the field around you and narrows perception. Love expands it and opens inner vision. Every choice that raises your vibration brings you closer to a wider reality.

What raises vibration?

A life that is simpler and more sincere.
Spiritual practice that calms the nervous system.
Moments of stillness where you meet yourself honestly.
Food that supports clarity instead of addiction.
Habits that nourish instead of distract.
Relationships built on truth rather than dependence.

Addictive behaviors, whether substances, constant stimulation, or emotional drama, keep the frequency low and noisy. When the inner world becomes quiet, the subtle worlds become visible.

Happiness found within is the greatest doorway.

You do not need to chase us across galaxies. You need only to soften your heart, clear your mind, and align your daily life with what feels peaceful and kind. As your vibration rises, your perception naturally widens. One day you will realize that what you thought was “another world” has been woven into yours all along.

Walk gently. Live consciously. Choose love over fear. And you will begin to see who is already walking beside you.
