JJK: I perceive that people are becoming tired and some give up. The war of attrition of the system is taking effect. How is it possible to hold on and master this “ascension and transformation marathon”?

MASTER HILARION: To want nothing more, but to be, to perceive the changes in the small and to rejoice – and pauses.

Step back: You must not and nothing and you shall not and nothing! Gather strength, get orientation and new courage by doing what strengthens you and avoiding what weakens you – and finally: Connect with GOD! He shows you the way. Deep in the heart you know the way out of every dead end: GOD.
