Children of the Light, children of the Earth, I greet you. I am Melchizedek.

I would like to express in this moment to each one of you a piece of your history, a piece of who you are, in the body. In Spirit, you are children of God. Your true nature is obviously a divine nature, a nature issued from the pure Source, a loving and vibrating nature. You positioned yourselves in bodies, bodies that, today, have a primordial importance in the history not simply of humanity, but of your galaxy, without knowing it.

Children of the Earth, almost 8 billion years ago now, experiments took place on your Earth. These experiments were carried out by an extraterrestrial race that mastered genetics perfectly. Observing those on Earth who had survived great cataclysms, these beings wished to create, to manifest an intelligence, a form, an almost artistic representation. I know that many see this as genetic manipulation, and yet, here, on the part of the gardeners of the Earth, we could speak more of art.

For these beings, it was important that in a single viable being — because there were many non-viable experiments — several extraterrestrial races coexist. You therefore come from a mixture of chromosomes, of energies coming from many extraterrestrial races. You yourselves are programmed, created, to be at once avian, reptilian, but also inhabitants of distant galaxies such as Pleiadians.

In fact, in the universe, according to your own criteria, there exist thousands of different species or races. Yet there are 8 or 10 major categories — sometimes 12, some say, the number hardly matters in reality — your very body, your fingers, your face, everything in you is a part of something else.

Why is this important? It is important in this era, because you are the representatives of Peace, theoretically. You are the physical manifestation of beings who were built, if I may say so, in a spirit of peace. Of course, perfect souls, pure Spirits coming from Source incarnated in these bodies to live the human experience. You were supposed to represent an Eden of life, a paradise, a quintessence. Let us admit it clearly: not that humanity is a failure, not at all; on the other hand, the representation of Peace, we would not go quite that far.

You are still seen as beings of Peace in the universe, even so. Why? Because you still fight only your own races, “the human race.” You do not battle other breeds or species that you do not even know yet.

However, know this: when human beings radiate Peace, their radiating power in all spaces and all times is immense, far greater, a far greater energy, a greater power than you could imagine. That is why you will hear far more invitations to Peace in these precious times, in these moments when each one will rather try to pull you back into a camp, into a civilization war even, sometimes.

It is in this era that Peace is even more primordial.

Keeping Peace within oneself is not always a simple exercise. I would like you to understand that Peace is your normal state, that in truth, each time a war ceases, Peace is like the return to the normal. It is not a provoked state, excessive or dependent on one policy or another; it is a natural inner state of a civilization as happy as possible.

It is funny, if you will allow the expression, to speak of Peace in a time of war, because your world is still entering a phase of that type. Simply, it is truly the moment to speak of it, since it is the moment to be the most tolerant, the most open possible, the most benevolent possible, by letting the very Essence of Peace that is programmed in your body express itself.

• Do not let the reptilian part of your body take the upper hand and constantly seek combats.
• Settle yourselves as regularly as possible in spaces of peace, in nature, inside yourself.
• No matter where you are, find the time to place in yourselves instants of non-desire, of non-need, of non-will, those precious instants that recall your divine birth.

I speak of this to you today inasmuch as you are watched far more by the sky, and I speak as an extraterrestrial when I speak of the sky; you are watched far more than you imagine, and this experiment of Peace that regularly goes wrong is very disturbing throughout the entire universe. I repeat it: you think you have a radiation only on your planet; that is not true. Humanity has a far greater radiation.

So, to be very positive with you, despite what I have just said, of course you have your work to carry out on Peace. Of course, within you there is a great deal of energy, but I would also like to tell you something.

The time of the arrival of the sky will present itself at the end of this year.

Your Creator, if I may say so, the true Creator of Spirit, Him, not only of bodies, will return to this Earth.

It is the moment when all those who will have invalidated the body, it is the moment when those who will have abused, abused their practices of simple or complex terrorism, will find their judgment, will find their master.

Thus you are going to arrive in the months to come in a sort of judgment, a phase of judgment, at a moment when many elements will be brought into the open that will disturb you, not only elements that will concern your humanity which for a part is depraved, more than that, an advent of Energy, an event of the sky. I should say of the heavens: of the terrestrial Heaven, one can call it Paradise, the Beyond, of the Heaven of the angels who will show themselves more present with many, and of the extraterrestrial sky as well, where, there too, a few revelations will still arrive.

Of course, they are not there so that an entire humanity transforms immediately, as the one who will not want to hear will not hear, the one who will not want to see will not see. Nevertheless, access to this information will be extremely simplified; it will be disturbing enough for your world to change, for your world to align with a new vibration.

And that is what I was speaking of at the beginning, because what will the new vibration of your planet be after these moments, after these disclosures, this judgment? The state of your planet will be the one you are vibrating now. The vibration will be the one you want to place in your energy field, now.

It is now that one must call the world of Light.

It is now that one must call the world of wonders, a world made of compassion, of sharing, of healthy gathering.

Children of the Earth, what you are, what you vibrate now within you, these are the seeds of the future of humanity.

• Therefore, do not let yourselves be terrorized.
• Do not let yourselves be taken in by all the techniques of fear.
• Introduce as often as possible, even if it lasts only a few minutes or a few hours, remain in Peace and Joy. Truly, sincerely, remain joyful as if you were awaiting the advent of an extremely positive surprise without knowing what it is: “I know that fantastic things are being reserved for me, but I do not know what!”
• Live in that state of mind. Live in that state of being.
• Live as the one who knows that the One who will surprise you knows you perfectly, and will pose for you the best act to help you move forward.

However, I repeat it, you have here your share of responsibility. You have here your path to walk.

That is why I tell you, you represent Peace; you can emanate Peace in a far greater way than you imagine. The Peace you emanate is directed throughout the universe, throughout your habitable universe.

The sky sends, if I may say so, a judgment, a revelation on many things, even some of which you have not the slightest idea today; once again, that is wonderful. Live in that spirit of miracle. Live in that spirit.

Do not ask us what it is about, since as soon as we would pronounce what it is about, many minds would start imagining the opposite and could prevent the advent of that. I tell you, the sky, under all these aspects behind the word “sky,” will show you its presence. The sky, I repeat: those who want to see will see, those who want to hear will hear; it will not yet be a total advent sufficiently planetary to change everything yet; in this case, already a few signs, a few gleams so wonderful that for those who want to see, there will never again be a return backward.

You are also entering, quite obviously, an era in which you will have this angelic Presence, this breed of Heaven that is going to manifest in an ever more prevailing, ever more marked way.

There are many among you who will say: “There is indeed something. This change — I repeat, positive for most things — is nevertheless the mark of Heaven, is nevertheless the mark of the Presence of the angels! We are beyond simple coincidence” for many events that many of you are going to live. And there it is, yes, Heaven, God, if you prefer to call It that, truly wishes to show His Presence among you, to show you how much inside your life experience, inside this useful simulation, how much He is still there, how much you are still loved and you have not been abandoned.

I know that some among you are living complicated and difficult trials; yet none of you has truly been abandoned. Love, despite appearances, is always present in you; do not extinguish it. Keep the Peace. Know how to forgive, even if, I repeat, appearances will seem to flare up temporarily. Keep the Peace, keep this Joy.

The time is arriving, not immediately, I have said it, doubtless later in this year; everything is present, everything is already there, everything is already ready. We need this spark of life inside you, this movement of energy, this movement of gathering for the energy, these prayers perhaps, some would say, since prayers will at least raise your own vibration, and I repeat it, your vibration has more energy, more radiation than you imagine.

This constituted my introductory speech; of course, I am going to leave the place to an angel. This angel is called Ariel, and I am going to leave to Ariel the possibility of answering you on certain of your questionings concerning humanity or concerning a few acts.

Do not hold it against us for being sometimes imprecise. I repeat it, if the Plan of God were unveiled here and now, it would be thwarted sometimes even by yourselves, not even by negative entities, as you call them, sometimes even by yourselves. You would be there saying: “That is not possible.” While many would like to hear it and would believe it, those who would say “that is not possible” would end up prevailing unfortunately. Despite that, we answer and we will answer, here, now.

Here I am. I am Ariel. I am so in joy, so in joy, so happy to be here with you in this moment and in this space! Yes, I have come to answer certain of your questions, not all, certain ones.

How can one succeed in maintaining peace in oneself and calm the incessant flow of contrary thoughts?

Your contrary thoughts, dear soul, are programs, programmings that you have accepted. So one must doubtless counteract them with new thoughts.

Look at joyful things. Look at what is going well, constantly. Each time one thing is not going well, look at two things that are going well. Always place yourselves in a new choice. Do not believe that you are completely taken, if I may say so, by your own thoughts. You leave them the space necessary to grow. They are like plants, your thoughts. Only those thoughts that are watered grow; those that are not watered do not.

When you say: “this incessant flow of contrary thoughts,” it is that you are not acting against these contrary thoughts. You believe you are acting against these contrary thoughts. Perhaps. You are doubtless of good will; however, you are not truly acting. You are not truly making an effort to counteract them. Move on to something else. Read. Pray. Act. Do not content yourselves with saying “they will end up passing.” No, no, no. Be more direct than that, more in the energy, more in this battle, even against yourselves: “I will not let these thoughts win. I will not leave the victory to the one who only wants to prevent me from remembering who I am.”

Act. You know very well all the techniques that allow one to be calm, to create Peace in you. You know very well the postural, respiratory techniques. All these calls you can make, you know them. Do not say that they do not work. They work very, very well if you do them sincerely; not just lightly, deeply and really.

I see this humanity. I see you, I love you. I know how much many of you remain superficial in the combat against the shadow, choosing a camp until they themselves are in danger. Keep your camp. Keep your position. Let nothing go. Become true warriors, warriors of Light and Love. Do not tell yourselves: “This time it is too much because it touches me.” No. No. Wake up. Wake up. Wake up. You are already there. You are already this power. You are already this Love. Wake up.

It is when you sleep that you are afraid. It is when you sleep inside your life that you are afraid. I am not speaking of sleep or of your dreams in the nights. I am speaking of the moments when you are absent, in the present moment.

You have just spoken of this end of the year 2026? December?

Yes, we have just spoken of this end of the year. It is the time seen by you that we see today indeed settling.

This time can move, of course; indeed, it is still well placed for even before December, today.

What can you say about sleep paralysis with buzzing?

I cannot say a great deal about humanity. I do not know your physiology very, very well. I know your character. I know the personages. I know “your egos,” your mental, your Light as well. I know that, but I do not know your biology well in a general way. However, I still know that when you speak of sleep paralysis and buzzing, you are in fact in the stages that each one lives; simply, you, you live them awake.

Everyone, each one of you, when falling asleep, lives this phase of paralysis and buzzing that precedes an astral journey, that precedes the moment when you come to take counsel from Heaven, at night, while your body can either unroll films that seem completely senseless, or create with a part of your awakened consciousness. What you call your dreams is in fact a ghost in the machine, if I may say so, a translation of one energy or another, of one body or another.

This paralysis of the body to keep you from harming yourselves and these buzzings, purrings or even from time to time crackings, are significant of the moment when your energetic body, which you call astral, which could also be called the etheric body, this body tries to leave, tries to pass elsewhere.

Do not worry. It seems disturbing; besides, try, there too, to find calm in those instants as well. And become aware that if you leave with your astral body, you risk nothing, nothing at all.

How does one connect to my inner peace?

You always rest this question of peace, and that is good. The how, in truth, I have said it, you already know it. You already know how, yet you are there, once again, repeating: “yes, but with me, it does not work”; that is not true. It does not work with you, because you are not really present in the exercise.

Remember this well so that these exercises of peace work: peace is not found in the past. Peace is not found in a hope of the future, or in a sweet memory of a past moment. Those are samples of peace. They can give you a resonance in you, quite obviously, of what peace truly is. First of all, you must and you can live it here, now, in these circumstances.

So if you escape too much into the past, or if you escape too much into the future, you forget to link the present time to the other present time that you still call the future. To link them, that must be lived in the future and lived in the present. These are these two states that meet. What you live here and now can be joined by the same vibration, before or after, in time.

The techniques, I repeat, you know them. You all know them. We could repeat them. We could speak to you again of a whole host of systems; we have already done it 1,000 times. You have already heard of them.

You can also, for those whose body resists, use plants, plants that will come to calm your energies. Among these plants, we know as you do the energy of chamomile, of valerian, of hawthorn, sometimes lavender. These plants, in infusion or decoction, will be able to help your body let go of these inner tremblings that can be obstacles, but the true obstacle is your escape from the present moment.

Even when you seek to create the most perfect future possible, it is to be created here and now for the future. It is a little strange to explain that. It is as if you attracted to yourselves something that you vibrate in exactly the same way now; not in a different way, not in a sample way, once again, completely, integrally. “This is how I am going to feel in the opportune moment,” not “here is just the sample.” That serves; it is useful for what you still call the law of manifestation or attraction. The purest sample is the real one, not a taste of strawberry, but a real strawberry. That is my invitation. That is how it is.

There exist these questions that remain important for you: how have you loved? What have you done for others? And these questions, I invite you to ask them of yourselves, for yourselves, from the fact that I see, I see these questions:

Humanity needs new care. How does one grow the Light? How does one let oneself be crossed by emotions without letting oneself be invaded?

These questions touch me, touch us all. Yet all these questions depend on what you think of yourselves.

If you let yourselves be touched, invaded, by bad vibrations, by words, by people, it is that you have let them in. You are going to tell me: “I have no choice”; this sentence, once again, that we hear all the time. The answer is: yes, you have the choice! Of course you have the choice! On the other hand, what frightens you are the consequences of that choice.

If in order no longer to let myself be invaded I must leave a place, oh my God, I cannot do it, you would say. It is because God asks you to do it that it will perhaps have to be done.

If you live a situation that lasts and endures for months and years, whatever “flight” means, it is preferable to your departure from this Earth, in a state that would deserve to start over.

So I would like to tell you something important, which is that the solution, of course, is often in the transformation of one’s being. However, one cannot make a plant grow in a soil that is not fertile. And you yourselves, if you are not in a place or in an energetic atmosphere that allow this unfolding, you can make all the efforts in the world, you will not succeed. Unless you surround yourselves with stones whose vibration is extremely strong and corrects the place, one must occasionally flee the place, flee the circumstances temporarily to recharge this energetic battery in you.

It is obvious that if you work in what you call your cities permanently, and you are invaded by these energies that are mainly human and not so natural, you are going to have a great deal of trouble surpassing this energy that is only human. At that moment, you will need the other kingdoms, mineral, plant and animal, to change your vibration. Go toward these other kingdoms when the human no longer does the work, or no longer allows you to do it. Inasmuch as the pressure exerted by humanity is too great, leave this humanity temporarily. Some do it in meditation, others do it by traveling, others do it by going into nature, as you say. One does not go to nature; one awakens one’s nature. One reveals what one decides to hold onto.

So sometimes, I tell you, I am among those angels — we are not all entirely in agreement, understand that — I am among those who are not of the opinion to make you work everywhere, whatever the place where you are, rather who invite you to recharge very clearly your energy batteries, to find strength and faith in a church, in a sacred place, in nature, through the caresses of an animal, in a field of love associated with a conscious humanity before battling. I said it earlier, you have all the tools to be in peace. You also need, to use these tools, to have the energy.

I am going to take an allegory. Suppose you are in a mine. You are inside a mine, and you have only one meter left to dig to leave this mine and see the day. Others have dug the mine before you. Others have allowed you to arrive this far. Some have left, are behind you, others are still with you. And there, a being, even a Being of Light, holds out a pickaxe to you, the perfect tool to finish this path that leads you to the light. How are you going to use this tool if you no longer have the least energy? The simple fact of lifting this pickaxe would represent an effort so powerful, so strong! So you need to rest, to settle, to eat some food, to live a few instants, to re-energize your body as best as possible in order then to be able to use this tool that you already know, I repeat.

It is the same for you. Frequently, we hold out this pickaxe to you, this tool, this method, this technique that can help you move forward. Only, as long as your soul is not filled, if I may say so, as long as your body is not in its greatest energy, the tool is of no use. Consequently, reposition yourselves in this energy. I repeat: stones, animals, the other kingdoms, a conscious diet can help you recharge the different types of energy in your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual body. When you are recharged, the tools, you know them.

And once you are truly connected, do not imagine that there, once again, there, it depends on you, do not imagine that someone or something can disconnect you. If you do not grant it the power to disconnect you, that someone, that something will not disconnect you, will not be able to disconnect you. Even if you were in an astral journey and you met the most harmful entities there are, if you grant them no power, they will only be able to dance around you, annoy you; nevertheless, they will never be able to attack you, and it is the same with this humanity.

This power, it is you who give it. The weapons, we could give them to you. It belongs to you to create the circumstances, and that, we cannot do in your place.

Understand this, once again. Even if you went into a gym to lift weights, you have not the least strength. You will have to begin with very small weights, all the more so as it is not the trainer who is going to show you how to lift 100 kg at once. He can only show you how to lift 1 kg, 2 kg, 3 kg, before you lift masses so gigantic, surprised by your own strength. And that, believe me, you are soon going to be surprised by your own strength as humanity, as humanity.

You must lift your weights, grow, place your energy, recharge your batteries, leave temporarily the places that pump so much energy from you, leave temporarily the people who pump so much energy from you. I said “temporarily”; it is not a matter of abandoning the battle, only of taking a salutary pause for each one of you.

Where is the balance between freeing ourselves by ourselves and not waiting for saviors, and remaining in peace?

And indeed, I read very just words, through this channel:

That is what I am speaking to you about. We could give you the pickaxe; if you have not done this path, if you have not increased your energy, it is of no use. It is of no use.

The true savior is quite obviously yourselves. In my allegory, I did say “we give the pickaxe”; it is not we who dig. We will never dig. Let us be extremely clear on that. We do not have the power, as angels, archangels, companions, to do it in your place. We have the power to do WITH, but not without you, not for you but WITH you. We can act for humanity, not for a single entity of this humanity, because in truth, there is only humanity.

There exists no separation between you and humanity, between the individual and humanity as a whole. There is not this separation that you imagine. There are not these egos, these personages, these 9 billion, 8 billion different ones. No. There is a humanity, and we work for humanity but not for you. I insist on this small nuance which is important, to say that as long as you think you are separate from the rest of humanity, there too, you lose an important power and strength.

You are your savior, quite obviously. It is not enough that we say that the sky will come to pose its judgment. At the moment of this judgment, it was told to you by this Ascension Master who is Melchizedek: “Those who want to see will see, those who want to hear will hear,” which means that what is going to happen will not be dominant enough to be an immediate and incredible transformation. It will pass through inner and outer revolutions, not violent revolutions, clear positionings in each one.

You know, today, whatever one shows you, you will tend no longer to believe it. If tomorrow on your screens, as you call them — it is neither more nor less than an illusion in the illusion, it is rather funny seen from our point of view — if, on these same screens you visualized a UFO and one came to tell you that the image is false, that it was fabricated by an Artificial Intelligence, are you capable of believing that or not? How would you recognize the reality of what is not reality? This becomes more and more difficult in your world, and it is voluntary so that you understand that you yourselves are in an illusion.

You think what is around you is real; yet it is doubtless the best AI, the best invention possible. That is why you must learn to work inner connectors, not digital tools, connectors in your body to recognize, feel, vibrate what is the truth of what is not, what is true and what is false. You will be taken in quite often. Little by little, you are going to succeed in training this energy in you, in recognizing immediately what rings true from what rings false. Not everyone will succeed in it at once.

Understand that what is happening at present is a mirror of what is happening in you. One shows you at once real images and unreal images so that you are able little by little to learn in yourselves, intuitively, to detect what is real from what is not. Once again, there will be errors, certainly. Even so, by learning what is real from what is not, and by knowing how to do it with images, sounds, a whole host of things, you will know how to do it in yourselves as well. It is the same detector for people. It is the same detector for the words of your politicians. It is the same detector for the words of your neighbor. So the world is in the process of training you to detect illusion. What a wonderful training, is it not? Fabulous! And the better it is done, the better it is done for you.

It is up to you to recognize what is true, what is just, to create this movement, this desire for the true. The false will help you. The false is wonderful. I know. I mean by that that many tools that are not validated as an incarnate truth can help you in matter. Yet it is the sense of the true, it is the sense of the human, it is the sense of the vibrating contact, of the living and vibrating word that allows you to keep energy. Yes, because in a simple conversation, you know it, you can gain or lose energy. It is up to you to find where to gain some.

How does one change a life line, and be sure one has changed it?

That will be told to you quietly. You know it, changing a life line is to feel new things. And how can one be sure one has changed? You will continue still to feel these new things. They will no longer be “a simulation” in the present moment but your daily life naturally.

Knowing that you have changed, these are indicators of joy. It is at the moment when you can change direction that appear the energy fields that you call coincidences, synchronicities. These are there also the proof that you are in the process of making a movement, a new choice. When you see these coincidences, they do not mean only that you are in the possibility of changing, above all, that you MUST change. In other words, that it is time to validate your choices.

See, these synchronicities are like this question that asks you if you are sure you want to change. So do not draw back at the first obstacle. I see too many humans say: “If the universe agreed with me, I would not have this obstacle in front of me.” In fact, the obstacle you have in front of you — there are always particular cases — if there is only one obstacle, generally what this obstacle means is: “Is this really where you want to go?” And the answer is yes, and therefore one will have to pass this obstacle.

You imagine this question that often returns; I repeat it, your world is holographic, so what occurs in technical progress is regularly the same thing that occurs inside you. In your conventional computing, each time you want to pass an important phase this important question arrives: do you really want to cancel this? Do you really want to validate that? Yes. No. That is what the universe does as well, in the same way, when it proposes a trial to you. Do you really want to validate this? Do you really want to change that? Yes. No. Keep your choice. If you say no, fearing the consequences of that no, you will not move forward. Consequently, when the universe asks you if you are sure, answer yes. When you see a coincidence, remain in the same energy, and when you live a trial, it is simply another future that comes to tell you: “I am going to disappear. Are you sure I must disappear?” Yes. If that other future is not the right one for you, yes, disappear. Yes, absolutely.

It has happened to you to separate yourselves temporarily or definitively from comrades or from people who were harmful to you; in certain cases even, it was your ex-husband or ex-wife. That allowed you to continue this path under a different way, to learn to love these people in a different way. If you had not separated, you would not have been able to move forward. So, occasionally, it is true that to move forward, one must separate from certain things or certain people, and that is what shows you the path. The path.

What is happening in our bodies at present?

As for some time now, almost a year, your bodies are adjusting to the vibration of the Earth. The Earth has already changed, it has already evolved and you are in this adjustment at present.

How can one succeed in loving oneself when one lets oneself be won by judgment despite one’s efforts?

Well, your efforts are not strong enough, let me tell you. I am not going to stroke you the right way, but just tell you: “I cannot lift 1 kg. I cannot lift 1 kg. I cannot lift 1 kg,” well lift 1 kg again. You must hurt. You must tremble. It must move sometimes, for the weights, not in your life.

Pain is not obligatory, know that; in any case, one must continue the efforts. One must go on so that this muscle of the spirit is present. Let nothing go. Do not give up. Sometimes it takes 5 years, 6 years, 10 years; you always end up succeeding in lifting mountains if you do not give up.

How can one be a motor of change in a world that asphyxiates us economically more and more, and that constrains us to think of survival permanently?

The change is not economic. The change is in behavior.

Look at your streets, look at your boulevards. How many people still say hello to one another? How many people are still benevolent toward one another? It is not a question of economy, it is a question of fraternity. If fraternity exists, if each one returns once again to this word “benevolence” that Melchizedek pronounced and that many took lightly, if each one were in this positioning, society would change. It would become much more solidaristic instead of being solitary. So this change is not a change due to the economy; it is a behavioral change.

Your economy, you know it, is in a very, very weak position at present. It can collapse tomorrow morning. The societal aspect, what you are, will not collapse. It will even be exacerbated. Those who are already benevolent will be even more benevolent. Those who are already malevolent will be even more malevolent. It is now that this is corrected. It is now that this must be corrected.

If you do not smile, the others will not smile. If you are not benevolent, the others, as you say, will not be benevolent. It belongs to you to be the Light at each instant, and it is not an economic question. It is the societal question that must take precedence to change your world locally, from the moment that everything you do locally has a worldwide echo, know it, systematically. Even extremely local, even at the level of you and your neighbor, it is already enormous.

And we appreciate a great deal what is happening at this moment because this new fraternity is returning in the world, quietly, gently. Even if there are exacerbations in certain countries, in certain moments, even worldwide, it remains that this benevolence is returning. It is returning through the new generation. It is returning through the heart. I cannot say it otherwise all the same.

So many people around me are afraid; telling them that their thoughts participate in the arrival of Peace is not really accepted. What better proposal can one make?

Tell them to continue to be afraid if that helps them feel better. I think that just by telling them that, they will have made a path.

Tell them to continue to be afraid: “Above all, continue to be afraid.” Of course, when you are going to tell them that, they are going to say to you: “But what do you want me to do otherwise?” Do not answer; it is up to them to find the answer. Tell them: “If you feel well in fear, continue to be afraid.” “But I do not feel well in fear!” “Continue to be afraid,” but do not judge them! Do not judge them when you say that. Pass the relay to God.

When you no longer manage to act, you are not asked to over-act. Pass the relay. Pass the relay to something else, to someone else, to another energy. Do not go all the way. Do not try to save everyone, all the time.

Do what you can step by step, individually, collectively, locally, and all will be well.

If these people desire to be afraid, do not tell them to be in peace if they cannot manage it. Tell them simply that their state does not help them, and that it belongs to them to find solutions. And if they do not find them, and if they ask you questions, and if even you do not have the answers, that no longer depends on you. That depends on their desire to leave fear, and one cannot truly generate it otherwise than by being the example.

When you see someone who is no longer afraid, you want to ask that person who was afraid but is no longer afraid how they did it. If you see someone who has always been in peace, always, that person is absolutely not the right counselor to explain to you how to be in peace. They have always been so; it is their natural state. On the other hand, if someone has crossed these zones of fear, if someone has crossed these dark nights of the soul and that person has come out of them, then they are of good counsel because they have lived the path, because they have crossed it. Your Christic Savior crossed this path; that is why he is the good counselor.

If you have always been in peace, we see many people who say: “But I have always been in peace. But I have never been afraid,” I am sorry to tell you: Madam, Sir, thank you. Continue to vibrate for the world and humanity, but you are very poor counselors, given that you do not know what you are talking about when you speak of fear. You think of samples of fear, not of deep fears, not of sincere fears, the powerful fear that can touch hearts and souls in certain cases, this weapon that you came to lay down on the ground, also to the Light.

Let people move forward. They are moving forward; have no fear. Humanity and the vibration of the Earth are so strong that its advent is obligatory, the advent of Peace, the advent of Heaven, to reuse the words of my friend.

How does one free oneself from our governments and from the people who traumatize humanity, the children?

Do not seek, dear soul, to modify your governments, to modify your leaders.

Emit Peace. And when you feel it, then you will be able to project it onto them. Emit Peace from where you are, truly, here, now.

Can you tell us whether there are going to be terrible catastrophes with the oceans, heat waves, that kind of event, and if so, will they take place everywhere on the planet and in Europe?

We cannot explain concretely, once again, the deep, particular and powerful events that are going to arrive on your planet, because, yes, certain of these events are perhaps going to carry away a part of you. Each one of you will be perfectly welcomed in the greatest of Lights in any case, at the end. However, your end has not come.

For the moment, you are almost at the beginning of a new era. We are here to encourage, once again, not to dig in your place, not to give you all the answers in advance, not to cheat in relation to this humanity, truly to prepare this humanity, to prepare your state of mind, to prepare your state of being for what is going to arrive, for what has already arrived, if I may say so.

Our role is therefore to prepare you, not to do, to prepare you, and we will continue to encourage you, to help you, to love you, to accompany you in all your steps, the smallest as the greatest, if you wish our presence. It is not obligatory.

I repeat it, the savior is you, and there is only one savior in this humanity. And when I say “one,” you are already in the process of looking for “who is it?” No, no, no. Alone, humanity is its own savior.
