What Falls Away Reveals the Higher-Frequency You

When life starts moving faster than your old stories can keep up, the first signal is often restlessness rather than revelation. This message lands in that in-between: the moment a job, a bond, a diet, a house, or a lifelong identity begins to loosen its grip. Read it as a field note from the middle of the shift, not a demand to force anything away.

Something new is happening lately. Can you feel it? Life is moving more quickly than ever.

And important shifts are occurring within you that may be leaving you feeling anxious, ungrounded, restless or just out of sorts for no explainable reason. And there’s a good reason for it.

Whether you’re aware of it or not, you are rising in frequency very rapidly now.

The Earth itself is shifting into a much higher frequency on its way into 5D and you are going with it. Which means your whole 3D identity is beginning to break up and fall apart. And this can feel uncomfortable and even frightening if you don’t realize what’s going on.

The whole process of 3D-identity-shakeup has actually been happening gradually over the last few months, as certain things in your life that are of a lower frequency have been shaking loose. Now, however, they’re simply in the process of leaving, whether you’re ready to let go of them or not.

These situations or patterns in your life are probably those you know have not been working well for some time. You’ve likely tried to fix them or heal them, but with very little success.

Common Losses

There are, of course, all kinds of losses people are experiencing during these times. But here are some common ones you might relate to:

A Relationship: Perhaps there’s a relationship in your life that hasn’t really been working, no matter what you do.

You’ve felt hurt, anger or frustration for some time now. No matter what you do, there seems to be no true reconciliation possible.

Job or Career: Or maybe it’s a job or career that’s caused you a lot of pain and stress. You’re not on the same page anymore with the people you’re working with. The work doesn’t feel satisfying or productive anymore.

Diet or Way of Eating: It could be a routine diet or way of eating that’s no longer healthy for you. You’re on automatic, not really paying attention to what your body is telling you it wants or needs. Perhaps you feel sluggish or somehow unsatisfied after eating.

Home or Area You Live in: It’s possibly a home or area you live in that isn’t right for you anymore. The energy in your home or neighborhood feels dead and empty.

Life-Long Pattern: Maybe you’re becoming aware of a pattern you’ve held since childhood that has never really served you. Like always putting other people’s needs and comfort before your own. Or feeling fearful of other people’s opinions about you. Maybe feeling guilty or ashamed about so many things. Or continuing to judge or hold grudges toward certain people.

Long-Time Identity: Or – It could actually be an important, long-time identity that is holding you back from evolving into the new higher-frequency YOU. A whole complex idea of who you are you feel you must hold onto, or you’ll feel useless or small and unimportant.

3D Identity-Shake-up

In fact, it might be anything that’s been with you for a long time that resonates at a lower frequency than the one you are now shifting into.

In essence, your 3D identity is breaking apart so you can shift into the YOU that is much more authentic, powerful and natural for you to express yourself in, as you evolve into the new, much higher frequency the Earth is shifting into.

It may not feel easy, but if something seems to be falling apart and leaving, it’s wise to simply let it go – and trust that life here on out will truly be better for you without it. You may eventually be surprised at the sense of relief you feel in having let it go.

It also doesn’t mean that what’s leaving won’t ever come back again. It might, at some point – but it will be different, resonating at a higher frequency. You will feel freer, more empowered with it in its new form. Probably less attached, less identified with it, less dependent on it.

Or it may never come back into your life, but you’ll see that you won’t miss it – because other things will be entering your life that bring you greater joy, satisfaction and aliveness. You will be experiencing a spaciousness you’ve never felt before in which you know you can decide what you truly want in your life and you now know how to create it.

Let it Go!

So again, it’s wise to let whatever is leaving to just fall behind you, without clinging to it or trying to resurrect it in some way.

Instead, see if you can trust that your Higher Self is wisely guiding you forward into this new higher version of who you are becoming.
