On this last day of 2023, (I know for many you are already in 2024!) I invite you to consider the past year.
Is there anything special that stands out for you? Is there anything that has come up as a repeating theme? Is there anything in your heart that is weighing you down? Now is a wonderful time to acknowledge whatever that may be and wrap yourself in a warm loving hug. Humanity has a tendency to be hard on themselves and others, so for at least this day, be loving king and generous with yourself and everyone else!!
Much love,
Shelly
