Our meditation this evening was a way of helping you to understand the transitions that are taking place. As we speak of this, some of these transitions have been taking place for many, many, many, many years, and a lot of you were doing it from that unconsciousness. It’s now moving from the unconscious into the conscious.
The transitions that have taken place have been massive over the last, especially 4 to 10 years. So be aware that not only are you changing, but so are the people around you. Be aware that the means of communication are changing. But most of all, be very present within yourself and allow for all of your energy bodies to move back and forth in a place of balance.
