In the second part of this series, William LePar’s spiritual source, The Council, tells us that there were only slight changes in the human body from humankind’s first appearance until now.

Questioner:  If we had a photograph of a citizen of Mu, would we recognize him as a fellow human?

The Council:  Oh basically, yes.  There have been slight changes physically but this has been because of the influence of the diet, the climatic conditions, what have you.  For a soul to function properly, it must have basically the same structure that you are most familiar with.  There are some foolish thoughts that bodies carried an actual physical third eye; this is utterly ridiculous, as you could very easily tell with a little common sense and a study of what you presently know as the physical structure.  There are other things that over the past have been concepts as far as what other physical extremities the body may have had, and these are really in some cases ridiculous when you stop to think.  Does that answer your question?

Q:  Yes, but it raises some others.  I would like to know if a citizen of Mu had a rudimentary appendix.  I think there is a lot of evolution in the appendix losing significance, unless these souls originally took an animal body and refashioned it to their needs?

C:  No, the physical container, as you understand it, for the soul evolved from the activity of the souls in the material and is not some carcass that has been occupied by a soul and then evolved into what you presently understand.  Every organ in the physical body is there for a purpose and that is to sustain the physical body in life and life's activities so that the soul can function and achieve its greatest degree of spiritual growth.  Now, when the physical condition such as diet, climate, influences the physical container or any organ therein by change of those outer activities then why should the physical container bother developing such an organ?  Does that make sense?

Q:  Yes, yes, I understand.

C:  There have been, Lord forbid us with this, there have been certain things in the body that you no longer have and only have the slightest indication of a possibility of something there that were essential in other times because of climatic conditions and because of the diet and what have you.  Now, please, do not pursue this for it would only add more clutter to what is essential.
