The Council: Early Humans - Part 1

The Council: Early Humans - Part 1

William LePar’s spiritual source, The Council, explains a little about our ancient ancestors.

Questioner:  Did these bodies have to have arms and legs and stuff to walk?

The Council:  From what point?

Q:  The things they did, did they need the limbs that we have to function, like to feed themselves?

C:  Give us a time and place.

Q:  When Mu was formal but before it had its first crash?

C:  Before it was fully dense that brought about the first destructive force?

Q:  Yes.

C:  Very well. Yes, you had arms and legs.  After all, the soul must comply with the rules of nature.  When God set out this mass for you to utilize as a stage of activity it has its rules and regulations, in order to keep everything constant or consistent; and in those natural rules and regulations the soul had to work.  Now, it is the degree of density of the material that determines its position either with or away from the Divine.  Do you understand?

Q:  Yes.

C:  You had basically an activity to perform in the material manifestation.  Even though at that time it was of a finer essence to perform those functions the soul had to utilize the energy given to it to act out or learn its lesson.  That energy has a formal, how shall we put it, a formal way of acting and reacting according to how an effort is placed upon it for influencing.  Do you understand?  Now, regardless of what you may want to achieve, it has to be done so that it corresponds with these formal activities of the essence that the material manifestation is made out of, because there is a need for a consistency or a dependability.  Now, we may add at this time that quite possibly your scientists may have a lot to learn.  They do not know all the activities of this form as yet, and some of their preconceived notions as to its natural response to influence may not be nearly as accurate and as dependable as they may think but in the overall it is very dependable.  You need this foundation of dependability so that what influences you place on it, you will know in advance its reaction. So, now does that answer your question any clearer?

Q:  Yes.  So the rules of nature had always been constant from the beginning of the material?

C:  Yes.  What line of activity would you be able to start from if this were not the case?  You see, in God's existence nothing is haphazard.  Everything is very dependable, very consistent, what have you.  Very well.

About The Council
The Council is a collective of highly evolved spiritual beings channeled by William LePar. Serving as guides for humanity, they share teachings focused on soul growth, love, reincarnation, and the spiritual path back to our divine source.
William LePar’s channeled messages came from a spiritual entity or collective known simply as "The Council." According to LePar and his organization, The Council is a group of twelve non-physical souls who have reached a very high level of spiritual development. They exist on an advanced spiritual plane and serve as teachers and guides for humanity.
The Council describes themselves as spiritual communicators dedicated to helping people understand deeper truths about the nature of existence. Their messages often focus on reincarnation, karma, soul growth, the illusion of separation from God, and the path of spiritual evolution. Their teachings are grounded in compassion, free will, personal responsibility, and alignment with divine principles.
William LePar acted as the trance channel for The Council, entering a deep altered state to allow them to speak through him directly. The Council’s communications emphasized the importance of loving service to others, living ethically, and progressing spiritually through conscious effort and inner reflection.
While comparable in purpose to other chaneled collectives such as Abraham (via Esther Hicks) or the Seth Material (via Jane Roberts), The Council’s tone tends to be more solemn and deeply focused on spiritual discipline and accountability.
