Dear Friends,
in my last post called “Helping Ourselves To More “I AM Light” With Ascended Master Support”, I spoke about the massive planetary energy downloads that have been transmitted to us since the Planetary New Year in July, and that slowly faded out with the closing of the Lion’s Gate on August 12th 2017. The Leo’s characteristic vibrations, that we collectively could feel moving our world over this last few month; are also not over yet, as we are again experiencing another Leo New Moon by the end of this month.

For now it is mainly important for us to focus on grounding the insides we received over all this time, and to prepare ourselves in growing clear and strong roots that can bring the collective dream of the Golden Age of Aquarius into the world.

This prayer is particularly effective when you combine it with a stroll in nature, and when you concentrate on the sensations of the elements within you, that comes with repeating the lines while consciously breathing fresh air and earthly smells.

I recognize myself today as the power of heaven
I recognize myself today as the light of the sun
I recognize myself today in the white snow
I recognize myself today as the force of fire
I recognize myself today in the light of the lightning
I find myself today in the speed of the wind
I feel myself today in the depths of the sea
I awaken today in the safety of the earth

When ever you use this prayer your energetic body will automatically create a closer relationship with the elemental forces, make it your regular practice and over time you will also feel a stronger clarity about the flow of the elements in your own physical body and emotions.

preserver of the sacred areas and the unspeakable treasures,
send me the refinement of my energies on the way.

bring me the chalice of flowing love and deep inner calm.

You mighty beings of the air, you riders of the four winds,
send me the sword of clear discrimination.
You loving beings of the fire, you powers of the sacred life energies,
send me the courage and the power,
to manifest the light of eternal life in this world.

You mighty forces of nature, you builder of all matter,
sacred geometries of the elements,
please work with me.
