These days it seems the Patriarchy is on shaky ground. Why would that be? After all, they run everything! And that’s precisely why they are scared. Their entire identity rests on that power and control. Who would they be without it?
Because deep inside, they know it’s all just an illusion. But they are not ready to give up that illusion, and some will fight to the death, literally, to maintain it. And I am speaking of both men and women who embody the ideology that men must be in control, especially White cisgender men being at the top of the heap, and must defend that place.
Besides the Patriarchy, there are endless ways people value their worth. Whether it’s through status, money, physical attractiveness. Youth. Intelligence. Talent.
But deep inside everyone knows it’s nebulous, because any of these things can go away at a moment’s notice. And they will be left feeling vulnerable and powerless.
So people end up running around, trying to maintain the status quo, trying to be young, trying to pursue wealth, status, fame, or whatever they believe will prove to themselves and the world they are worthy.
Some subscribe to martyrdom and long-suffering in order to be seen as virtuous and valuable.
POWER IS AN ILLUSION
Most people have a nagging hunch that power doesn’t really exist. And they are absolutely correct, it doesn’t. It’s an illusion.
Those of us who chose enlightenment have come headlong into that realization. We have experienced first hand the loss of power….whether it was health, youth, sex, money, relationships, jobs. We felt and still feel vulnerable.
And vulnerable is the exact place we need to be in order to allow in all that life wants to give to us. All the love, health and wealth. All the joy and passion.
But we had to let go of everything we thought we were. The hardest thing to do for sure. But along the way we recognized that power doesn’t really exist. We don’t need power. It’s an old, male concept.
CONSCIOUSNESS IS FEMININE
That’s why the feminine has been so suppressed in the Patriarchal system. It didn’t fit in with the concept of pushing, trying, forcing and manipulating reality and other people. People are very suspect of things just coming easily. It’s labeled as lazy, irresponsible, entitled.
People are rewarded for hard work, and perseverance in the face of all odds. Pain and suffering and personal sacrifice are often seen as virtues. It’s why the Patriarchal ideology often sees the poor as lazy and undeserving of public or state or federal assistance.
The wealthy are revered, especially if they created their money through hard work and ingenuity. They see those on welfare as scamming the system. But they are not as apt to recognize many of the wealthy as doing just that. Or if they do see it, they forgive it much more readily.
Of course in some circles, the rich are seen as corrupt and undeserving of their wealth. And at the bottom of the disdain is the idea that someone else can take away their piece of the pie.
So everyone is in defense mode, trying to protect themselves and their stuff through competition and aggression. It’s a game with power as the prize. Except that power doesn’t exist. But what does exist is the consciousness that knows it is already worthy. It knows that it is worthy simply because it exists. It sees itself as magnificent. It has no need to push or coerce.
And from that place of knowing, life just delivers to it what it desires.
But that is a huge leap for the mind. That requires trust in something it can’t see or feel. “Where’s the evidence?, it asks. “Show me proof.” But of course it’s not the way it works. The seeing is believing doesn’t work. It’s believing is seeing that does work.
In fact, it’s why we came here. We are here to play with the illusion of power, and to recognize it doesn’t exist. It’s duality at its finest. And as we awaken, we realize that we are creators, not so much as the human personality, but as the soul. We have dulled our creator abilities over time in order to get some valuable experiences in 3D.
Jacob Daniels said it perfectly, coming here to the Planet as “a vacation in limitation.” There is nothing more accelerating to the soul’s growth than this human experience.
To recognize that creating has nothing to do with power. And everything to do with desire. Everything to do with frequency matching frequency.
REVERSE ENGINEERING
And after awakening you begin to recognize that desire is not about trying or pushing or even goal setting. It’s so simple. It’s recognizing that feeling good is our natural state of being. It’s just being in the moment and allowing the soul’s joy to express through your body and senses. Without having to prove worthiness or anything else to ourselves or anyone else.
And that we don’t have to make it happen because it’s already done. We start from the premise that what we desire is already done. And then to line up our frequency with it. Simply to allow our self to feel the way we want to feel.
That sounds too simple for the mind to grasp. Maybe even too ‘feminine’ a concept. “Just be? Just allow? Just feel? That’s for girls. We have work to do here.”
And sometimes, out of desperation, because nothing is working, the mind says, o.k. I will give it a try. For maybe one or two days, if that long. And when the mind doesn’t see immediate results it says, “See, it’s all b.s. I’m getting back to work.”
It’s addicted to struggle, so it’s not going to give that up easily. Remember struggle is touted as virtuous. Heroes are seen as those who sacrificed and put the needs of others first.
You may say, but didn’t we lightworkers struggle and work hard to get to where we are now? Isn’t what we are doing the hardest of work? Yes, it is, because it’s reverse engineering. It’s assuming everything we need or desire is already there.
That in itself require no hard work at all, but releasing the resistance is the hard part. But we are not holding that up and saying, “See, I am worthy now because I did all the hard work to get here.”
What we are saying is, “Damn, it sure took a whole lot of hard work to realize there is no hard work required!”
WAR IS NOT THE ANSWER
The Feminine is not rewarded in our world, not for the qualities of allowing and receiving. It sounds too passive. But is it? People think of passivity as allowing others to walk all over them. As just being victims.
A couple of years ago a young student in school was inadvertently videotaped for body-slamming his long-time bully and it went viral with several million views.
The young student, who apparently was a victim of the bully for a long time, one day decided to fight back, saying he couldn’t take it any more.
So his YouTube video became filled with thousands of comments that applauded him, and rewarded him for his retaliation. Saying his father must be proud of him. That he’s now a real man.
I found this very troubling for a few reasons, the most important being that it condones violence. It symbolizes the toxic male concept that might makes right.
And we see it exemplified in our U.S. President, who plays the schoolyard bully every day on twitter and elsewhere. But apparently people love it when he says he will hit back ten times harder.
So this is why what we are doing here, this whole concept of allowing what we desire and enjoying the moment is so foreign to the world we live in, and to our carbon-based mind, And that is because allowing is the highest vibrational frequency. A frequency that most of humanity isn’t ready to play in.
But just because humanity is not ready, it doesn’t mean allowing and receiving aren’t real. And it doesn’t mean that power is.
