• COSMIC and SPIRITUAL messages on overdrive - what are your experiences of the otherworld’s right now, including ghosts? (20:02)

• KNOW your vibration and NOTICE that of others - that is a new SENSE that is appearing for us - self-care requires being self-aware (23:21)

• PHYSICAL BODY UPGRADES INCOMING - are you choosing to physically change or are circumstances changing you? (26:12)

• TRANSFORMING THE VICTIM/PERPETRATOR dance on earth, EVEN as we experience it personally and collectively - healing is happening. (28:42)
