Hello Beautiful Soul!

July’s Ascension energies encourage greater spiritual awakening as we soar to new heights! The next three months (July to Sept) will take us to a whole new level of Human Be-ing!

Starting in July the energetic gateways and portals will allow us to further heighten our sensitivity. Our sensory system will continue to expand, with right brained connection to ALL THAT IS, and our acuity will grow.

Especially as we enter Mercury Retrograde on July 18th - allowing us to dive deeper into any remaining shadow, limitations, and soul memories to release that which keeps us from being authentic, present and centered. 

So it will be important during the Mercury Retrograde period, from July 18 to August 11, to be mindful of our words and how we communicate with others, as well as practicing detachment from how they communicate with us, as more of our innate sensitivity, intuition, and empathy comes online.

One could be easily triggered, reactive, be offended, or engage in power struggles. It will be important as well to maintain our boundaries and build on the True Self. Some relationships may go through a bumpy adjustment period as we work with these energies and anchor them into our 3D body.

The social and political climate in the world will continue to heat up - taking us to the edge in July and August- as collectively we face some of our deepest fears around safety, security, lack and victim consciousness. More than ever we will need to sharpen our discernment, ground ourselves and be the Wise Advocate, as well as engage our Warrior and Spiritual Warrior archetypes!

July psychospiritual and physical symptoms:

This year the body and mind will be challenged to come into greater synthesis with the whole, with the concept of compassionate co-creation, with pulling in information in a holistic/holographic way, the nervous system will be taxed and stretched to bring in greater attunement to higher frequencies.

The sun cycle will continue to be very active and support shifts in our power, spiritual illumination and clarity. Other important comic dates, planetary alignments and gateways will trigger the opportunity to ascend, bring in more creativity and manifestation. 

Above all, watch and support your heart health and mental health this year!  

Here are the symptoms for July:

Positive symptoms: More hope, illumination and clarity, positivity, regeneration, recovery, stronger sense of self esteem and self worth, ability to move through challenges while being centered, tuning into burnout levels, greater vitality, spiritual strength, spiritual leadership, ability to manifest, empowerment, vulnerability, surrender, balanced power, authentic self, being true to values, actions in alignment with values, courageous endurance, fatigue with a sense of inner growth.

More connection to heart based decisions & actions, feeling stronger and connected to your inner essence, awareness of healthy emotional boundaries, more wholeness within, greater resolve, Higher Mind awareness (clear sight and self acceptance), more bridging of head to heart, forgiveness, unconditional love for self/others, joy, play, heart centered purpose and spirituality, detachment from drama, interdependent relationships.

Negative/Shadow symptoms: Lack of hope or illumination or clarity, negativity, doubt, fear, anxiety, lack of inner balance, feeling of powerlessness, battling addictions, anger, depression, narcissism, control issues, worry, timidity, resentment, low self esteem, inability to relax and process (being too busy!), feeling lack of financial stability or abundance in your life, emotional instability, breach of emotional boundaries, sense/feeling of burn out, solar plexus pain, gut tension, digestive & blood sugar issues, fatigue with sense of despair.

Tension in body/mind, loneliness, disillusionment (with yourself, with the state of the world), judgement, resentment or a sense of defeat, immune issues, headaches, lack of self-responsibility, negative self talk, self harm, ego only based intelligence, sense of separation, bitterness, grief, codependency in relationships, lung issues (pneumonia, asthma) and circulation issues (high/low blood pressure, blood clot, varicose veins), heart attack, heart palpitations, breast cancer, anemia, angina, Reynaud’s Syndrome (nerve ending issues).

Secondary symptoms: thyroid fluctuation, tailbone or lower back/sciatica pain, achiness, leg/feet/knee issues, ear buzzing/ringing/plugged, dizziness, tender or hot on top of head, restless sleep, needing more sleep, low mood, frustration, neck/shoulder pain, weight fluctuation, feeling drained, intense or nonsensical dreams, feeling stressed, interdimensional/lucid dreaming, shifts in perception of your reality, crawly brain, up and down energy.

Areas more affected this month: liver, gallbladder, biliary tree, solar plexus, ileocecal valve, pancreas, muscles, spleen, stomach, appendix, heart, arms, hands, lungs, chest, Thymus gland (area of the subconscious & Higher Heart).
