My children can always find something to worry about, yet worry doesn’t have to be a way of life. Forego worry. You don’t have to have it, one worry on top of another. This is not the way to live life.

Life in the world itself has tension in that there is an unevenness that you surmount, sort of the pull of goodness and mercy on one side, and friction on the other.

The complex process of establishing a new financial system is moving forward at its own pace. The BRICS Development Bank is operating and is open for business as is the Chinese AIIB. These are just the beginnings of what is to come. The operations required to set up a Global Currency Revaluation (GCR) are likewise being readied for its unveiling. A necessary preliminary is the delivery of worldwide prosperity funds.

There is much occurring at the moment, on all levels of the Ascension process, the awakening, and the Shift in consciousness. As has been emphasized for all of 2015, your focus and your choices sculpt and create your own personal Ascension experience. This is readily apparent, even within the diversity of the Ascension Tribe. Embodiment of the crystalline consciousness creates stability as the volume is turned up on all realities. It also challenges the Tribe to honor Divine Delineation as your experience, or the experience of your colleagues, becomes unfamiliar. It will not always be this way; truly nothing is set in stone – ever. We are entering an (even more) accelerated passage; that is the nature of the Shift. Breathe and embrace it with your words, actions, and thoughts in order to serve its Divine purpose.

I had someone recently ask me to write about why you attract certain people and she wanted to know if you attracted other people based on your own energetic vibration.

The short answer is yes … sometimes.

Most of what we attract to us is highly based on what we are creating and manifesting in our lives, and keep in mind you are ALWAYS manifesting and creating your future. Your future is always changing based on your present-day actions and choices.

When you feel downhearted, you share with everyone in the world who is also downhearted, for you are not reaching for the stars. You are not aspiring enough. You are being too literal in the world. Catch the stars instead.

It is not for you to wait for the world-at-large to inspire you.

Do you hear people talking about being the authentic you, and then you think, I would… if I knew who the real me is!

The truth is we are not one part we are made of lots of parts. Some of our reactions to situations come from the learning in childhood. We don’t really know who we are as we are constantly evolving and changing with circumstances.

The key to unleashing the real you is embracing all of the aspects of who you are.

There is an enormous shift going on within and in through and around you and your planetary star. Much has been accomplished these past weeks and we congratulate you all on your continued efforts towards and for the Light. You are no doubt noticing big shifts in your awareness and perception of things that surround you. This can at times be a little disturbing as nothing appears to be as it was in the past. 

Here is a lesson in life. This is a great lesson for you to learn. It is a basic lesson. For a long time, you have not absorbed this lesson. You have flouted it, or ego has flouted it for you. Here is the message to uphold:

You don’t have to stick up for yourself.

In the world, as you imagine it, life demands that you stick up for yourself. It demands that you joust with words, for, as it seems to you, no one has the right to overlook you or insult you or demean you in any way.

So very interesting energy field that comes with all of that and then heavenly there is a lot going on as well. Next week I’ll probably have some more specific information about that.

Life can be so much easier than you have been taught! Love wants to pour into your life. Can you get out of its way? Can you release your mind's grip on the problems and challenges so as to create room for the solutions? Can you focus on the beauty you'd like to see in the future, and even better, the beauty around you right now?

Question: How does one determine their life purpose?

Mary Magdalene: For most people, the strongest indication is your passion. Your passion tells you who you are, your fundamental identity at your soul level. It is very sad that many are confused about passion and think of passion as something that is to be denied, when in fact, it’s showing you the path.

Shimmering crystalline vibrations are bestowed upon you from the core of our beings; we are the Crystalline Beings from the Crystalline Kingdom on the inner planes. We exist within all that is the Creator in a similar way to the essence of creation; we seek to magnify the Creator while ensuring the greater download of the Creator into all. Our purpose is to demonstrate to you the purity, truth, essence and expansiveness of your sacred existence, while also demonstrating supreme harmony and harmonisation with the Creator. We are the spirits and essence that download and is embodied within all physical crystals on the Earth.

There is a small distance, if distance at all, between exquisite beauty and exquisite agony. There is a meeting point where ecstasy is ecstasy regardless of the seeming cause. Both beauty and agony cut your heart up at this meeting place in which your heart beats or throbs or bellows or cries out: “It is too much for me to be joined to everyone and everything.”

You may have been seeking a panacea for life. You would like a cure. You might like to be on the sidelines, someone wise and wonderful who looks on life as if from a distance and nods sagely without being as affected by life as you presently are. Yes, somewhat above it all. Out of the fray. Out of the worry and concern. Simply a researcher doing research. “Ah, that’s how it is,” you say.

We all are on our own Ascension Path uniquely created for and by us, based on where we are consciousness-wise. This reminds me of a Facebook post I saw where someone claimed that there were so many realities on Facebook that it confused her. I realized that this person was not checking into her own guidance, but rather seeking information from outside sources. Actually she is right in seeing so many different realities, because we truly are operating from our own consciousness. It reminded me that we are all in whatever phase we are in to evolve.  While some are experiencing a whole new life, others are still releasing, while others are still choosing. 

All experiences on Earth and within your observable universe around you have force. It is imbued in life. In a moment, force is either passive or active, the engine of opposites connecting. From one perspective, it is passive; from another, active. In a moment, it is either/or. The next moment it has become the other, the ‘and’ of connection, of consumption, of continuation through transformation. Deep within these words are clues to your wholeness.

Many individuals are feeling the energies of change as intense. Several are being called upon to make radical changes in their beliefs as well as their perceptions of their life experience. Relationships that were once beneficial and satisfying now seem to be filled with complications. Yes, there are many transformative opportunities available at this time. The collective consciousness of humanity is in a transformational process.   

Today we would like to take this time to share our perspective if we may as many of you are manifesting rather difficult or frustrating hurdles for yourself at this time. Some of you are manifesting small annoyances while others feel as though they are being faced with large and difficult challenges. First and foremost we would first like to remind you to take a breath. This too shall pass as it always does. We remind you, this year will help you to better maintain your faith and teach you how to manifest what you desire.

Everyone concedes that everyone wants love, craves love, has to have it. For some of My children on Earth, they would be glad just to be noticed, just to be seen, not even to be made a fuss over, but simply acknowledged for being on Earth and, somehow, making it through.

In addition, several adjustments are to be made that make money laundering practically impossible. Transparency in all kinds of transactions is to be the rule of the day. In the coming weeks we expect a great number of deliveries to occur. Thus, the time for you to receive your blessings is fast approaching. This grand transfer of wealth is to lead quickly to the downfall of the cabal and its many hidden associates. Thus, new governance under the aegis of NESARA is not very far off. These facts allow us to know that our period of announcements is swiftly approaching.

As you spread your wings of Love and become Divine Love Incarnate, this is a catalyst for deep awakenings. The words we choose to use become the mantras of our life, and the energy we give off with these words influences what kind of a reality the Law of Attraction will bring us. Positive phrases give off good vibes that attract a better life. Unfortunately, negative words and phrases give off lower vibes that attract negativity and unwanted realities.

Beloved Family of Light, July promises to be a month filled with changes, transitions and new beginnings. You will feel these changes and transitions deep in your own being, but you will also see many changes ocurring on the outer or social levels. The New Earth Soul is birthing into manifestation on the Planet with the assistance of the Diamond Crystal children, and so a new society and a new way of being is also being birthed that will meet your deep desire to live at a higher level of consciousness and being.

I’d like to rant to you about advertising, and face creams and the sense that anything old is past it and young is great. Even though we secretly all know we were a bit of a twat in our youth. I’d hate to be young now and fear getting old, with all these ritual beauty standards. In fact I would like to go back and tell my younger self a whole load of stuff about having fun and not worrying. I wouldn’t start with ‘wear sunscreen’.

Heaven is within you, not somewhere else. Heaven is not a place outside you, nor am I outside you. I am Within. I AM You. Where I am is Heaven. When you disavow yourself as One with Me, then you move yourself out of Heaven. Feeling isolated on Earth, you become a stranger to your Self.

One of the main comments or questions that I get from people is, “How can I change this in my life, right now.” Think about it, is there something you’re actively trying to change in your life? Is there a part of your life that in this moment, you simply cannot accept? This non-acceptance comes in many forms, ranging from wanting to lose weight to changing jobs, or relationships to even struggling with the state of the world. When you start to get into a tizzy about wanting to change your life, I challenge you first, to strive to accept it as it is first.

We wish to explain that because so much is happening on the deeper levels, you must be prepared for changes that will soon manifest on earth in many areas. Increasingly intense energies of transformation and clearing are bringing about physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual change not only for individuals, but also for Gaia who is a living soul and not a piece of dirt. 

So you've gone through a spiritual awakening. It might have been a quick process or a long one, easy or traumatic, you may have had to partially or fully reinvent your sense of self because both your perception of reality and your ego were stripped bare. One thing however is a very common question among those who've gone through a spiritual awakening, and that's 'How do I deal with non-spiritual people?'

You are My Heart speaking to Myself. I speak. You speak. It is the same. You think you can’t possibly think up what you and the world hear Me say, yet We are One and the same. When you are shed of ego, there is no separate you or separate I to speak or to hear.

Message from the Angels

My dear friends, we love you so very much,

Many of you on this list are celebrating your Independence Day and yet dear ones, here in the heavens we know you are always free! No one and nothing can ever have more control over you than you give them or it, either consciously or otherwise. 

Most of you would never give your power or freedom away consciously. In most cases, it is something deep within you that allows you to feel controlled by life or others. There will always be people who want to control and manipulate you. Earth is a one room schoolhouse! In truth there are times when you have wanted to control others, even if that meant you wanted to force them to make choices to be happy or healthy that they didn't want to make! The greatest freedom of all is simply to be who you are in each moment, and you are love. You can love yourself as is. You can love others. You can love life! This is a freedom that can never be taken from you. 

Whether or not anything looks the way you wish, you are free to love. If you are stuck in a job you don't like, you are free to love, and in loving you create a vibration that either corrects the situation you don't like or allows you to leave. If you are in a relationship you don't like and can't get out you are free to love. Love yourself at least. Choose to look at the light attempting to surface within the other. Love your life to the best of your ability and in that vibration things will shift or a door will open. 

The freedom to love is the freedom to rise above circumstances that make you feel trapped. The freedom to love is the freedom to escape from the lesser vibrations of others around you. The freedom to love – yourself, other, and/or life – is the freedom to be the soul you are, no matter what your earthly circumstances.

Dear ones, you are and always have been free. Exercise your right to choose love, even if that means loving yourself when you don't feel so loving towards life :)

Message from Ann

Hi Everyone,

I have mentioned this before. I once heard the Dalai Lama interviewed. Someone asked him why he didn't hate those who had taken over his country. His reply was illuminating. He said that they had taken his country, killed his people, ... but he was not going to give them his mind. He was free to love. I try to remember this always.

My life circumstances the past few years have presented many challenges, especially in the health arena. I take responsibility for these and yet the after-effects have been less than fun. I can't eat most bread - even gluten free. I can't each much sugar. There went two of my greatest pleasures! I can't hike in my beloved forest in the summer at the moment because my allergy to poison oak has gotten enormous and I don't like the itching. I won't list of the rest, but there are just a lot of life's pleasures that seem to be taken away. Sometimes I have felt trapped by circumstances, finances, etc... But the angels, always remind me that the mind is free.

So rather than whining over what I can't have and can't do, I find other things to love! Check out the recipe below for sugar free cherry chocolate yogurt Popsicles! I would never have sought out healthier ways to eat and treat myself had I not had these limitations. Not being able to connect with nature as easily during the heat means I have to connect with the light of God more directly on a regular basis. So no matter what comes, we always have love available.

I remember feeling utterly trapped in my job in engineering. I was working 90 hr weeks, 7 days a week with no respite in spite. I was exhausted and people were, of course, complaining all the time. Coached by the angels I chose to add love however I could in the workplace - to brighten up my office, to bring treats to meetings, to be kind and humorous when I could muster it. And in that space, I learned that it is not the outer world that dictates our inner, but exactly the other way around.

So when you feel "trapped" in any way, try to add love. Try to remember that choosing to love yourself even is a huge start, choosing to say, "Yes I want better, let me be kind to myself as best I can, right here, right now." When I've been deathly ill, I played beautiful music and let it carry me into realms where there was no pain. When I've been financially challenged, I went outside and felt the grass under my feet, smelled the roses and listened to music on the Internet. When I couldn't eat anything I wanted, I created healthier recipes. When I was in a relationship that wasn't working I chose to love myself, set healthy boundaries, and love life, until love catalyzed change. 

The real movement does always begin within our own hearts, where we are, the angels remind us, eternally free!

Are you bored to death with your daily routine? Do you sometimes wish to do something, anything different with your days?

In today’s article we will talk about the real reasons behind how you spend your time, what are the questions you need to ask yourself in order to start doing things that will fulfill you rather than just simply pass time. In layman’s terms, we’ll get you out your rut.

Years ago I was interviewing radio presenters to be my co presenter for my show on LBC in London. Most of the people came to the interview with a ‘give me a chance’ attitude. We didn’t have the bandwidth to ‘give anyone a chance’ – we needed confidence.

Dear beloved ones we bring forth our vibration of bliss to you, surrounding and submerging you in the qualities of bliss. This is not a quality of joy, happiness or delight; it is akin to a cosmic happiness which fills your entire being on all levels demonstrating to you that the Creator is fully present within your being. Bliss is like a magic which is born simply from resonance with and acceptance of the Creator, rather than material objects, experiences or people. When you are experiencing bliss your entire being is rejoicing in the exquisite vibrations of the Creator, healing and rejuvenation takes place which allows for sensations and acknowledgement of contentment encouraging truth to arise. Thus greater states of bliss are experienced as you commune on a deeper level with the Creator, becoming and embodying all that is the Creator.

The Truth of You bears no resemblance to the harried person you disguise yourself in. You are not this pressured person you think you are.

Sometimes you feel frazzled. However, frazzle is like a hot spell in the weather. There can be a hot spell in the weather. You can experience a heat wave, yet you are not the heat wave. You can have a hot spell, yet a hot spell is outside you. Frazzle is an addendum to the apparent appearance that is not you at all. If you were not hiding out in a body, you would have no clue as to what stress and strain could be. We come back again and again that you are not your body. Your body has temperature. The Essence of You does not. The Essence of You has nothing to do with up or down or any apparent change.

June Review

June was a fast paced month with a focus on dealing with change. Whether you were feeling frenetic with the pace or a sense of freedom, time kept moving you toward more creative abilities and participation with life. Have you noticed the pace of change? Time seems to be moving faster than ever. June kept us on our toes as we found life calling us into great participation with it. Have you noticed that meditation is shorter and more potent? Have you noticed your manifestations speeding up? If not, deepen your focus and start with simple things that have no emotional charge and look for synchronicity. Clear the heart for more access to Love. July will be supporting this.

My children, your heart aches. You yearn for the past, yet right now is beautiful, isn’t it? You have greater awareness, isn’t this beautiful? And your life, all in all, is pretty good, isn’t it? Yet you yearn for love. It is love you yearn for. What is your yearning to be young again but a yearning for the past and for another go at it when you now know better than you knew then?

Alright. Well I think that really what is building here is I want to say smoke and mirrors around military operations, terrorism, safety.

Literally when I look at it on the Inner Plane it’s like billowing smoke masking things. Too hard to see through or cut through. Maybe even in the classic way that smoke can make you not hear, not smell, not sense as well as not see.

What a sight in the sky the other night: clear twilight blue, Full Moon Rising in Capricorn to the left of us, and Venus next to Jupiter in the constellation of Leo to the right of us. Nights like this remind everyone who chooses to look up that we are part of something so much bigger than us. These planets, and this Earth, have been here long before us, and will be here long after.

We are moving into the next level of integration with the crystalline energies.  This channel took place on the Summer / Winter Solstice which created a really powerful foundation for the work we did. 

The Goddess spoke at the beginning about the new type of balance that is coming into the earth with the crystalline energy.  We are used to energy moving in one direction; from negative to positive.  The crystalline energy moves without a particular direction. It can go in all directions at the same time.

Dear friends, I am Jeshua; I love you all deeply. I respect who you are, both your light and your dark sides.

I call upon you, you who are the carriers of today's new consciousness. In my life, I carried a torch of light and wanted to share it with humanity. I was a very human being, just like you. I had anger and despair, just like you, but there also were moments of deep connection with my soul. I was growing on the inner level, just like you. It is important that you stop seeing me as a perfect being, a master high above you. I am your brother, your friend, and I am not here to judge or to preach. I want to share my feelings of companionship with you, so please feel my respect for you.

Dear friends, I am Mary Magdalene. I greet you all with warmth and joy in my heart. You are known and familiar to me. We are soul mates as we all go down the same path together, but each in our own unique way.

Today, I would like to speak about the female energy and how it can thrive at this time, because this is essential for the change in consciousness that humanity as a whole needs in order to move forward. There is a need for balance between the male and the female energies, both in the world as a whole and in the lives of individuals. The female energy has long been suppressed, damaged, and injured, and this has led to the dominance of a one-sided male energy.

It had been cool and rainy in the North Country for the last few days and felt more like spring than summer. But this day the warmth of Grandfather Sun had returned and Snowy Owl and Shooting Star were glad to feel his rays on their faces again. The Shaman had told them this Full Moon they were about to celebrate was very powerful and complex but there was also a special blessings to be received if they were centered in their compassionate hearts and Sacred Centers. The sisters decided nothing would block them from being heart centered regardless of what might be swirling around them from outer sources. As they climbed the path to the Star Temple the last pink, crimson, and orange streaks filled the western horizon as Grandfather Sun set. It was an awe inspiring beginning to this Full Moon ceremony.
