731: As the month of July comes to a close take a moment to give yourself a big hug. You’ve done a lot of work recently so be sure to acknowledge your personal growth and evolution.

This is an important part of your self-care routine, so don’t sell yourself short. Celebrate your wins and the effort you put forth. Today the Angels are telling us that the work we have done is paying off even if the results aren’t visible yet. Continue the self-care routine from yesterday and focus on centering and balancing as this will be important in the new month. The Universe wants you to know that you have grown in ways that you can’t begin to imagine (yet).. so stay focused, confident and above all believe in yourself!

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

• Archangel Haniel showers us with stardust, illuminating our thoughts and memories so that we can remember what magickal beings we truly are, which assists us in the creation process. In turn, this shows us how to receive with grace and gratitude. This process accelerates when we allow beauty and harmony to surround us. It helps us to enjoy ourselves which makes blessings easier to receive.

• The Himalayan Ascended Master Babaji helps us to achieve the personal and spiritual growth necessary for the letting go process. He assists us in detaching ourselves from both material things and things that no longer serve us. He teaches us that letting go is a form of simplifying your life. It frees your energy so that you can work on what’s important so that new blessings can be received.

• The Hawaiian fire goddess Pele helps us to ignite our inner fire. This fire when channeled correctly helps to fuel our passions and sense of purpose. She is a goddess of empowerment teaches us about honest communication and how it aids our goal setting and getting. “Within you lives the sacred fire that gives life to your greatest dreams and passions. This part of you must be allowed to come forward, not smothered beneath fear, resentment, or the expectations of others. Your fire will help you forge new paths!”

Today’s Sacred Stones include:

• Moss Agate. This gentle stone promotes new beginnings and can help release the blocks that are keeping us from moving forward. It attracts new forms of abundance and teaches us how to channel our energy in new, creative ways. Often referred to as the gardener’s stone Moss Agate helps us connect to nature, the earth, and our own inner garden as well. Carry it with you or wear it during times of new growth.

• Turquoise helps us with creative problem solving and promotes both balance and intuition. It is aligned with the Throat Chakra and teaches us to speak up for ourselves and to speak our truth, which can be a valuable asset when working with gratitude and our ability to create. Turquoise helps to purify our energy and clears away negative energy. it aids our problem-solving skills and protects us against self-sabotaging thoughts and actions.

• Unakite. This green and pink stone helps us to see blocks that we have erected within ourselves and then provides valuable insights on removing them so that we can move forward. It helps us to appreciate the present moment and works with both base and heart chakras.
