The Quickening Between Eclipses

We are holding space between two eclipses right now. The Leo Solar Eclipse initiated a new cycle around identity, self-expression, and what you are becoming, while the approaching Pisces Lunar Eclipse brings emotional cleansing, spiritual evolution, and greater awareness of what you are leaving behind on your path.

My body took this literally when I felt something ‘snap’ and pulled my lower back last week, unwinding a deep internal “resistance” OS blocking my progress. Not only did the ‘resistance band’ have to go, but also the emotional and mental anguish and anxiety embedded in the system.
