Everything happens for a reason. Some folks believe it and others not so much. It is easy to accept when things go well, but when they do not, it may be challenging to determine the reason.

The answers to why things happen may not be immediately apparent and are only presented over time. Alternatively, your path can take an unexpected turn, the clouds will clear, and the world becomes brighter and better than you ever expected.

Such ups and downs are energy shifts and adjustments. They can be produced by any number of internal and external influences, frequently causing your energetic aggregate to recalculate.

For example, an old, buried memory may resurface. Perhaps it is coming into your consciousness or even into your dreams, so you can release it. When you do, you are free to bring more Light into your Light Body. Your world looks different now … better, happier.

The reason why events happen in your life may never be known, at least not in a Third Dimensional way. It is said that each person makes a contract before they incarnate. The terms and conditions can influence how events unfold in your lifetime.

Remember though, contracts can be renegotiated, and part of your pre-incarnation contract could be to do just that … to change your destiny. Are you here to live an unusual life just so you can find your own way? If you had not taken the path you did, even though you would not think of going that way again, you would not be where you are now. So, fondly embrace the journey you made and remember the good times.

What if you regret things you did in your past? Don’t! Regret is a waste of time, because you are placing your focus on what you wish had not happened in the first place. Eventually you may end up regretting all the energy you spent regretting.

You only did the best you could do at the time, with what you had to work with. When you look back at your past life, love the person you were, as a parent loves a child. Be grateful that your Spiritual Path has become your life’s purpose.

As long as you are Holding the Light, you are releasing lower energy back into the Universe, so it can be transmuted into Light once again. It’s all good.

When your motto is only the good stuff, that is where you place your focus and that is what you will bring into your life. Once you do that then you can expand to include only the best outcome for all.

Yes, you are now Holding the Light, but the next step is to send that Light out into the world to share with others. When people come into your life, even for a few seconds, it is an opportunity for you to do the work you came here to do.

The way to a better life for all, is for you to raise your consciousness, which in turn raises the consciousness on planet Earth. You can do it, and if that is part of your agreement, now is the time to shift gears and be the human Angel you incarnated to be.
