Two Feet. Three Eyes. Four Winds.

Two Feet. Three Eyes. Four Winds.

Two Feet. Three Eyes.
Four Winds.

Joy

The bandwidth wherein all
color lies; a rainbow
that lights our way

To the world

Casting such beneficent rays,
beams farring and wide
whether seen or unseen

Peace

Lives in these dynamic
hues, interdependent, one and
many coalesced as magic

On earth

A plane of wonder
as we live here
and its sacred now

Goodwill

Found in the fiber
of our being, holding
great power and passage

To men

Who find berth here
without exception, nor condition,
all breath, one breathing

And women

That part that waits
held in all, holding
space for life’s reach

All is calm

Even as it stirs
chaotic in its labors
to be lifted anew

All is bright

Burning with promise of
what we can only
imagine—as we will

A star

Shines us on, gathered
with other stars, heavens
holding our soft hands

Dancing in the night

Do you see what
I see? Shimmering in
the swept silent sky

Goodness and light

The Christ spark lives
the heart of love
in one and all

And to all

A good night, this
13th wish, seeing the
dark holy once more.
