Hello to all my beautiful friends. I am praying for you all, always.

I know many of us struggle with feeling uncertain and anxious. We find it hard to love ourselves, to feel that inner peace and strength within us, because we think we haven't been good enough in our lives.

Today I wanted to share a little prayer with you that can help you through this, and help you to feel more peace within yourself through God's love.

The Prayer

Dear guardian angel,
Help me to find a way to be with God in my heart,
Not to find that I am in constant conflict,
Because of the life I have lived.
I want to feel God's love instead of this enormous guilt.
Help me to find that peace within myself,
And God's love.
Because without it, I have no hope, my guardian angel.

Amen.

Meaning of the Prayer

This is a prayer to help you live a better life, to become closer to God, and to be a good and honest person. It is about wanting to step away from your old life and change for the better. You have turned to God, but you are still feeling guilty about your past, and you might even feel as if God is judging you.

God never judges you, but sometimes we might feel that way because we find it hard to feel God's love. In this prayer, you are praying to God and you are asking your guardian angel to help you get closer to God, so that you can feel His love and experience that peace within yourself.

Finding Peace in Daily Life

When you are praying or meditating, or doing yoga, find a quiet place where you can be silent and still. Listen and allow the peace and love of God to enter you.

As you feel God's love, you will start to lose all that uncertainty and fear. You will feel that peace and strength within yourself; God's peace and strength. You will love yourself more and feel joy within you, which is something each and every one of us must do for ourselves.

So, every day, give yourself just a few minutes to be silent and still within yourself. You might be sitting at home praying, or walking by a river, or sitting on a bench. Whatever place you need to go for yourself to find a little peace.

Close your eyes. Be still. Talk to your guardian angel.

God is not judging you for the way you have lived your life. He loves you unconditionally because you are His child. And God knows you want to get closer and feel His love.
