Card #31 | Zeta Reticuli (Past, 1st Era) | Rejecting Emotion

We have spoken so much about the need for processing one’s shadow energy – the parts of the self that are rejected and denied love.

As we’ve seen with so many extraterrestrial civilizations, it is common that during the transition from 3rd to 4th density, there is a great fear to process the shadow. One of the reasons for this is that the painful emotions locked within (often associated with trauma from the past) are imagined to be so painful that they are locked away at all costs.

Most of you know the history of the Zetas. They feared their emotions so much that they created a split in their civilization that nearly destroyed them. Only through adversity and this species crisis were they able to find the courage to go into the inner realms where the shadow dwelled and learn to confront and embrace it. This process opened within the Zetas a huge capacity for love of a universal kind.

For mankind, one of the biggest fears about going into the emotional body has to do with becoming vulnerable. In your world, vulnerability is still seen as a weakness – a state of being in which you believe that one can be manipulated or judged. However, as many of you have learned, when you practice vulnerability in an authentic way, it can trigger a profound shift in all those who are present. The heart opens, energetic coherence begins, and you begin to feel and resonate to a higher frequency of love.

Many of you have felt that humanity is stuck. We would say that the place in which you are stuck is in protecting yourself and your belief systems. You see it in your world – people cling to their belief systems (even when they are blatantly illogical or incorrect). They would prefer to keep themselves in pain to protect their view of reality rather than experience the temporary dissonance that can then move them into a more awakened state of being. This commitment to avoiding pain creates an energetic shell around you that does not have the capacity for higher awareness or integrated frequencies. We see that this shell is now being bombarded even more intensely with the energy of the evolving reality of integration. Yet, many still hold on to their view of polarity as if it is some kind of shelter in a storm. They don’t realize that they are clinging to the storm itself.

Let us express this as clearly as we can – you will need to move through what Sasha calls “the pain and fear band” in order to transform yourselves. This means that you will need to willingly embrace your fear and pain, know that it is a natural part of the evolution of consciousness, and dive into the ocean of your emotions with your full presence. Only then will you begin to dissolve the shell that has kept you stuck in the pattern of self-protection. So, what is on the other side of this journey into the shadow?

There are no words to describe where you are heading, but we know that some of you have already had glimpses of the new reality, albeit for short periods. This reality has nothing to do with what is “out there” in physicality. It has nothing to do with the structures of society that you have envisioned in your utopian or science fiction stories. It is a state of consciousness characterized by the deepest love you cannot even imagine. It transforms you from the inside out. As you are transformed internally, those shifts naturally extend to physical reality. Internal change always precedes external change.

It might be amazing to you that such profound shifts can happen from merely processing your emotions and embracing your shadow. It is only amazing until you understand the intense force that repressed energy has in your consciousness. As it begins to release, the sense of space and freedom you will experience will be unlike anything you have felt before. As you begin to feel this space and inner freedom from what you have carried for so long, you will know the breakthrough has begun, and you are solidly on the way to a new state of consciousness that will eventually be accessible for all of humanity. Your inner work now paves the way and makes it easier for others to follow. We thank you for your service, for this work also opens the door to the reunification with your galactic family. For that, we are grateful!
