Beloved brothers and sisters who walk upon the Earth at this time, We come to you with hearts full of tenderness and compassion. We see your struggles, your silent tears, and the weight that many of you carry in your souls. We know that life on Earth often feels heavy, and that pain sometimes arrives without warning, shaking the foundations of your faith and hope.

Do not be discouraged. Suffering is not a punishment sent by a vengeful God. It is, in truth, a difficult but necessary school for the spirit. Every tear you shed, every trial you face, and every moment of anguish you endure has a purpose in the greater plan of your evolution. Even when you cannot yet understand the reason, know that nothing happens by chance in the divine laws that govern life.

Many of you ask: “Why me? Why must I suffer so much?” We answer with love: because your spirit, before returning to the physical body, chose — or accepted — certain experiences as opportunities for growth. These experiences are not imposed as cruel punishments, but offered as chances to develop virtues that still need to be strengthened within you: patience, humility, forgiveness, resilience, and above all, love.

When pain knocks at your door, remember that you are not alone. Around each incarnated spirit there is a loving spiritual family working tirelessly on your behalf. Your guides, your protectors, and the many friends who have already returned to the spiritual plane accompany you with affection and care. They cannot remove every difficulty from your path — for that would prevent your growth — but they can and do sustain you with strength, inspiration, and subtle signs of their presence. Pay attention to the small comforts that arrive in moments of despair: a kind word from a stranger, a sudden feeling of peace in the middle of the storm, or the memory of a loved one that brings warmth to your heart.

We ask you to be gentle with yourselves. Many carry guilt for not being “strong enough” or for feeling overwhelmed by sadness. Know that it is human to feel pain. Even the greatest spirits who walked the Earth experienced moments of deep sorrow. What matters is not the absence of suffering, but how you choose to move through it. Every time you respond to pain with love — whether by helping another who suffers, by praying for strength, or simply by refusing to let bitterness take root in your heart — you are transforming suffering into light.

Charity, practiced in its broadest sense, remains the most powerful remedy for the soul. When you extend your hand to someone who is also hurting, when you offer a word of encouragement, or when you simply listen with compassion, you are not only helping another — you are also healing yourself. The love you give returns to you multiplied, softening the weight of your own trials.

Do not lose hope in the future. The Earth is going through a period of transition, and many of the difficulties you see around you are part of this great purification. Old structures built on selfishness and materialism are crumbling, and this process can feel chaotic and painful. But beyond the darkness, a new dawn is being prepared — one based on fraternity, understanding, and the recognition that we are all children of the same Father.

To those who have lost loved ones, we say: the separation is only of the physical body. The spirit continues to live, to love, and to grow. The bonds of true affection are never broken by death. Your loved ones who have passed are often closer to you than you imagine, watching over you and waiting for the joyful reunion that will one day come.

Beloved ones, lift your thoughts in prayer. Prayer is the bridge that connects you to the higher planes and brings you strength when your own seems to have run out. Pray with sincerity, with the simplicity of a child speaking to a loving parent. You will be heard, and help will always arrive — sometimes in ways you do not expect, but always in the form most needed for your spirit.

Continue forward with courage. The road may be long and steep, but every step taken with faith and love brings you closer to the peace and light that await you. You are stronger than you believe, more loved than you can imagine, and never abandoned.
