New Moon in Virgo is Thursday, September 10 at 9:27 PM Mountain Daylight Time (MDT).

This is a creative new moon where it is important to look forward instead of backward and take charge of what you wish to improve, reset, reorganize and refine in your life in order to be more practical and productive. It may require you to go inward and ask the questions of yourself about what is important and what needs sorting and simplifying. A good time to reflect on your goals and clarify your priorities with a commitment to implement whatever change is needed. This can be an extremely productive time as long as you keep your ambitions reasonable, practical and detail oriented.

There is an aspect to this new moon that can cause the unexpected especially around relationships and change. Always focus on the positive and see any change or upheaval as not accidental. Everything happens for a reason and sometimes the reset that was set into motion, such as with the last eclipses, takes some time to manifest itself. Be patient, stay out of martyrdom and take one step at a time if you feel overwhelmed.
