“Discover why humble knowing still leaves room” ~Crystal Wind
When science treats an empty instrument as a verdict, the conversation has already narrowed. This piece asks what our tiny slice of knowing can and cannot exclude. What follows keeps the author's argument intact; the note here is only a doorway into a sober look at evidence, freedom, and the spark that turned dust into minds.

Does God exist? This question has accompanied humanity from time immemorial, and now we will answer it soberly.
In the modern scientific era we often meet the radical claim: “God does not exist, because we have no scientific evidence for him.” This approach, however, runs into a fundamental logical and philosophical paradox. The fact that our present instruments and methods cannot measure something does not mean that the given reality does not exist. On the contrary, when we look more closely at the limits of human knowledge and at the very origin of life, we find that science and faith need not stand against each other.
A Thousandth of Knowledge in an Ocean of the Unknown
Humanity likes to consider itself the peak of evolution, a civilization that has explored the world and uncovered its secrets. The truth is far more modest. Of all the potential information about the universe, about the working of dimensions, time, and creation, we know perhaps less than a single percent.
Our knowledge is, moreover, overwhelmingly limited to our own planet and to the spectrum that our senses and technology are able to capture.
To claim, on the basis of so negligible a fragment of awareness, that God does not exist is the equivalent of a person standing on a beach scooping a little seawater into a palm and declaring that no whales live in the ocean because there is none in the palm. Our information simply is not enough for us to exclude the existence of a higher power with certainty.
The Subjective Experience of God's Presence as a Repeating Pattern
A frequent argument of skeptics is that no one has ever seen God and no one has spoken with him. When concrete people then come forward with their personal testimony, for example about how God's voice helped them escape a dangerous, violent environment, steered them onto the right path, and brought them to health and rescue, these experiences are immediately labeled “subjective imaginings” or “delusions.”
Yet modern science is built on the observation of repeating patterns. And faith in God, just like direct spiritual experiences, occurs systematically and demonstrably in all cultures, in all eras, and on all continents of the world, across entire millennia.
If billions of people independently of one another throughout history experience a similar type of guidance and presence, it is not a random emotional swing. It is a deep human pattern. Sweeping it under the rug as insignificant is, from a scientific point of view, ignoring data.
The Miracle of Animating Dust: Where Science Ends and Intelligent Design Begins
One of the greatest mysteries standing before modern science is abiogenesis. That is, the moment when lifeless matter became living. Science can describe in detail what the first single-celled organisms on Earth looked like billions of years ago, and it can describe the chemical elements of which they are composed.
What science still cannot explain or replicate, however, is that very spark itself.
How did ordinary dust, carbon, water, and gases become a living, replicating cell with its own genetic code? This leap from chemistry to biology is the true miracle of life. Evolutionary theory describes beautifully how life developed and adapted after it arose. By itself, however, it does not exclude the existence of a Creator. On the contrary, the process of evolution may from the beginning have been a perfectly conceived instrument through which God gradually formed the world and gave it autonomy.
The Autonomy of Creation and the Question of the Existence of Evil
A frequent argument meant to “prove” that God is not is the shifting of responsibility for the world's problems onto him: “If God exists, why does he allow wars, violence, and suffering?”
That is the question because of which many people reject faith. It is, however, a misunderstanding of the principle of free will. Wars and cruelty people inflict on one another themselves, and they are the result of human decisions, not of divine commands.
The idea that God would intervene at every human failing and “hurl lightning from heaven” at the wicked denies the very essence of the created world. The world was created as an autonomous system with its own rules, and the human being was given the gift of freedom. If God constantly disrupted our reality and mechanically punished every sin, he would destroy human freedom and responsibility.
God is not a puppeteer. He gave us space to act, even at the cost that as humanity we often fail.
God Exists and There Is Enough Evidence. It Is Enough to Stop Closing Our Eyes.
Science and faith need not stand in the ring as enemies. Science examines how things work, while faith answers the question why. Recognizing that as humanity we know only an absolute minimum should lead us to humility. The existence of God may not be provable in a laboratory, but it is mirrored in millions of rescued human lives, in human intuition, and in that incomprehensible miracle that transformed dead cosmic dust into thinking and loving beings.
God exists and there is enough evidence. It is enough to stop closing our eyes.
