Many times I have read that depression is the result of an exhausting lifestyle. You start to ask yourself a question: “I really want to live on?”

This is not a crisis or depression. Only your soul begins to call. It's starting to invite you to a new life and you hear her voice. I think this is one of the most important questions that one can ask in life at all, because it can mean the beginning of the absolute revolution of his life. It's a turning edge. We don't know what is behind him, we need to go there, but we're afraid of it or we don't know how we do.

Our soul does not speak in words. He speaks through feelings, signs, emotions, or through the body. If we overlook her needs for a long time, it will start to wake us through various symptoms: restlessness, insomnia, fatigue for no apparent reason. We are losing the joy of the things that have fulfilled us before. The answers come. Maybe not now but they will come.

Let yourself doubt. It is okay to feel confusion, not know, cry. The call of the soul is not a direct line to heaven, it is to unravel old cobwebs and search for your own light. If you do not know where your path is going or where to go, note the "coincidence". People, books, songs, dreams… Your soul is looking for a way to guide you. When something is repeated, stop by. Maybe this is your next step.

Don't be afraid to take the first step. Don't wait for you to understand everything. The change may not be immediate and may not include everything you have or know. Sometimes it is enough to just think differently. Otherwise speak. Otherwise make decisions.
