Aries

So much may seem to depend on others or outside circumstances, so it will seem hard these days to be totally in control of your calendar, or be able to make plans without consulting others. Which can be a little frustrating for independent Aries. But while you are waiting for everyone else to make up their minds and get their agenda in order, this give you time to focus on what your next steps might be. For the past several months you have been re-exploring whether or not you are happy with the direction that your life has been taking. There may be some vague dissatisfaction. Perhaps feeling that you are gradually outgrowing some of your previous goals, or that it is high time for you to start thinking about going in a new direction. The question remains, where do you want to go from here? Now that Saturn is stationing direct again this week, it could bring some clarity about what is working out and is worth further developing, and what feels like something of a dead end. And the big question is, what you are ready and willing to do about all that. 

Taurus

Now that your ruling planet, Venus, has entered Sagittarius, it is asking you whether or not you are ready and prepared for the future. This could just be about taking care of business, making sure that your accounts are in order, that the insurance is paid up, that agreements are clear. But it is also about being internally ready to take the next step of the rest of your life. You have goals. And although it may have felt like you were taking a few steps back over the past few months, now that Saturn is stationing direct this week, it will feel like the future is about to unfold, and all those plans that you were hoping to achieve, will now be a closer more achievable reality. This is because obstacles that were standing in your way, will seem to just fall away. Where previously you were feeling stuck, things now seem to be opening up. Much will depend on how invested you are, but know that your reputation precedes you, and much will be based on this as to how things will unfold. Know that this is usually a time when Taurus is most likely to make progress in the outer world, so even if things seem to be moving slowly, you can still make up for any lost time. 

Gemini

The Inferior Conjunction of Mercury is like its own New Moon, when Mercury begins its next 3 month cycle. It can be that what stands out foremost at this time will continue to be the prevailing concern over this period, which for Gemini can be about looking for more creative avenues of physical and mental expression. For parents, it may find you concerned with your children and keeping them active and engaged and growing. And for all of us it can be about working through our relationships as well as our social lives. We may not be able to do much until Mercury is direct again later on this month, but it does set something of a tone. Mercury may still be retrograde, but Saturn is stationing direct this week in the sign of Aquarius, which for Gemini could be something of a stabilizing element, as you seriously consider any commitments you have or are about to take on. This is because as a result of all of your hard work you are able to fulfill a position that you’ve been preparing for, for quite some time. And now that Saturn will be direct, obstacles that once stood in the way, are now being removed. 

Cancer

What is your most primary consideration and thought, at the inferior conjunction of Mercury on Saturday? What are you most concerned about? This is the beginning of the next Mercury cycle which lasts a little over 3 months, and it will be these primary thoughts that are seeding the prevailing concerns of this upcoming cycle, which can be about your closest relationships, home,  and/or family concerns in the sign of Libra. And because Mars, the planet of action is also in the picture, you will not want to sit around and just let things happen. You will want to Do something about it. During the past several months, Cancer has been giving themselves permission to say No and to set certain limits. Especially with those things that were getting a little out of control. And that can include reevaluating limits that you had set on yourself! Now that Saturn is stationing direct, you are ready for a shift, releasing those things that are no longer necessary, and may be holding you back, while looking forward to the future with greater clarity about what your true needs are. 

Leo

The inferior conjunction of Mercury on Saturday will set the tone for your prevailing concerns over the next few months. And one of the concerns that we are all likely to be concerned with are issues surrounding fairness and equality; sharing and harmony in relationships. And with Saturn stationing in Aquarius on the 10-11th, this will be more than just a primary concern. This will be a topic which may require some intervention or action, now that Saturn will be direct again. Over the past 9 months, many a Leo has been exploring their relationships, and trying to make sense of, not only the people they are involved with, but how you do relationships as well. Are there any blocks or fears getting in the way? Are there doubts that have arisen? And if so, is there something that you can do about it? Saturn is asking you to look at your relationships with complete honesty and clarity about what your expectations are of each other. It can often feel like a lot is being expected of you when Saturn is in this sign, and that others are leaning on you pretty hard. So it will be very helpful to have that clarity moving forward. 

Virgo

It is in the middle of the retrograde phase, that Mercury actually begins its new cycle. The inferior conjunction of Mercury is like its New Moon phase. As a result whatever the most prominent thoughts or concerns are on your mind at this time, are likely to be the prevailing focus for the rest of this 3 month cycle. And because proactive Mars is also in the picture, you will be motivated to want to do something about it, and follow up with some kind of action. However, with Mercury in Libra, it could feel like you are waiting for someone else to make up their mind first, or that much of the considerations will depend on others. This will be especially so when it comes to things having to do with creating some sort of financial plan, or at least knowing where you stand. Avoidance and delays may be stirring up some resentment and impatience. But best to see where everyone stands after the dust settles and Mercury is direct again. In the mean time, with the direct station of Saturn this week, focus on refortifying your strength and stamina. You will need it! Virgo has their work cut out for them now that Saturn will be direct again. And taking care of any lingering issues, once and for all, will be much appreciated later on.

Libra

With the inferior conjunction of Mercury this weekend, it makes sense for you to pay attention to whatever prevailing thoughts or primary concerns are on your mind, for these will be the focus not only for the next 3 month Mercury cycle, but even much longer than that. That is because Mercury is only retrograde in your own sign every 7 years, placing the focus on yourself and your sense of identity. This can even include things like what you want to be called, how you want to appear to others, and what sorts of habits you want to further cultivate going forward. With motivating Mars also in the picture, you won’t just want to think about these, this is about being proactive, feeling motivated, and taking the initiative. You may not be able to do anything right away, but do pay attention when Mercury is direct again at the end of the month, and greater clarity resumes. In the mean time Saturn is doing its own direct station this week in the sign of Aquarius, and in some way you are being asked to hone a craft or creative idea, and sharpen certain skills while releasing self-criticism and self-consciousness. The station direct is letting you know that all that you need is already there, it’s just a matter of practice and patience to bring it all to perfection. 

Scorpio

With your ruling planet, Mars, in Libra these days, you may have seen some of your motivation lagging. You were being asked to slow down in some way, and pause. And in that pause you were also being asked to connect with those things that you really really do want to focus on. That may mean winnowing down the field so that you can further concentrate on those things that matter most. Home and family may be one of those things. This is especially so with Saturn stationing direct this week in the sign of Aquarius. For Scorpio this will bring the focus on to these important bedrocks of your life, your foundation, and all those people and things that support you. Home, clan, family, safety and security are all issues of prime importance. And so people ask themselves at these times about where they are living, and whether or not it serves your purpose and brings that sense of connection and support that you are yearning for. And if you are happy with where you see yourself, and are feeling secure, then this can also sometimes feel like you are just about ready to launch yourself out into the world. And any obstacles standing in the way are about to step aside in order to allow you to do so. 

Sagittarius

Now that Saturn is stationing direct this week, it could seem as if the obstacles to fulfilling a vision are gradually going to fall away, allowing you to create a pathway between your desires, and the practical means to make them a closer reality. It is perhaps because you have such a clear and practical vision right now, that you are better able to see what opportunities might be opening up, rather than focusing on all the obstacles or things that are not possible. It is important when working with Saturn to balance desire with sobriety, and be as reality centered as possible. As Saturn stations direct again, it wants you to grow in some way. And in order to do so, it’s also asking you to take off the rose-colored glasses, and see things as they actually are, in order to make realistic commitments and grown up decisions. This will be a stabilizing premise for when your ruling planet, Jupiter, which also stations later on this month, gives you the green light to proceed with a vision that has been percolating on the back burner for some time now. 

Capricorn

As your ruling planet Saturn stations direct this week, you should begin to see certain obstacles fall away, allowing you to proceed with greater conviction towards fulfilling your goals. Some of those obstacles may be external, waiting for deals to go through, or depending on the whims of fortune. But perhaps the most important obstacles to be overcome are your own self-doubts and insecurities. One of the ways of overcoming these are through repeated successes or small achievements built on top of one another that remind you that you are on the right track. And as Saturn stations direct you will want to focus on those things that are important to you, and that you do want to see grow. What do you see yourself wanting to invest your hard-earned resources, savings and valuable time and energy on? What is worth all that hard work and personal investment? A few years back, many a Capricorn made a commitment to making a new beginning in their lives. And now you are figuring out how to make it affordable and sustainable, so that it will support you well into the future. 

Aquarius

Now that Saturn is stationing direct again this week it is trying to open up a practical and realistic path to making a hope or a dream a closer reality. Jupiter in your sign has been trying to inspire you in a certain direction all year. And Jupiter too will soon be direct later this month, restoring your hope and anticipation for better things to come. But it is Saturn that is stationing direct this week, trying to show you what is possible, and what you can do, even within your current limitations. When Saturn stations direct as it will on the10-11th, it can appear to be that certain obstacles that were preventing progress just seem to fall away. But perhaps the most difficult obstacles to be overcome are our own fears about the future, and attachment or regrets about the past. You are standing on the threshold of a whole new beginning. And in order to thoroughly embrace that new beginning that is trying to unfold, you are going to have to release some previous ideas about who you are, or used to be, while exploring and designing the architectural plans of who you are becoming. 

Pisces

Jupiter is getting poised to station direct later this month. And when it does so it will re-enter Pisces later this year. It’s kind of like getting you situated so that you will be able to benefit from the inspiration that having Jupiter in your sign can bring. Just having Jupiter direct will fill you with a sense of excitement for what is possible moving forward. In the mean time, first up this week is Saturn’s direct station, reminding you that before you can make a new beginning you will first have to tie up some loose ends and fulfill the promises already made. But even in this promise there is the sense of being at the end of a journey, and perhaps a little impatience with those things that are still holding you back in the past. With the direct station you will begin to see things falling away. Things that used to excite you no longer hold your attention as you see yourself drifting in a different direction. A part of you will long for what once was, and that’s okay. No matter what conflicting feelings you may have, know that you are on the way to meet your destiny.
