Yeshua: The Mind of One - Discerning Truth from Fiction

Note: this was after a group meditation of deep stillness.  It was a practice of dropping into the space of nothingness and total stillness that was done before this message came through.

I am Yeshua. I join to share with you, as any brother would, for your highest good, to express my love to encourage and cajole you. We have walked along this path for some time together in human terms, anyway, and I treasure our connection.

I offer a transmission to you, a gift of healing your thoughts. A healing for your thoughts:

• That stray from present moment
• That need calling back gently to return to clarity
• To free you from those ideas that limit you, that stop your progress.
• Where you criticize yourself or others - those that lay judgment as an implement of seizing your progress.

For when you can dismiss and dispel these ideas, not out of irritation, but from love – dispelling them from the true understanding as a miscommunication, and simply accept that they are fragments of the ego or a part of the soul that has been hurt, injured, misconstrued, or had its own misunderstandings – you indicate to them that they are indeed worthy of love. The illusion itself cannot hold fast. It will dissipate, and the clarity will return.

So, when you encounter within the stillness, an idea that disrupts your vision, which ripples in your emotions and takes you out of your peace, hold it within your vision, in the embrace of your heart, as an observer coming from the truth. And in so doing you will find that the illusion will dissipate often immediately, and you will be able to return to the stillness, the equanimity that this peace we're experiencing now exists us.

When you can do this in the midst of the chaos around you, you will know and understand what self-mastery of the mind is. It is not control. It is the gift of perception from the truth. And that is when illusion drifts away like fog on the mountains, the clouds in the sky. It cannot hold fast, because it does not have the presence of truth, it will not be sustained. It will change and morph and shift and move and be able to be pinned down, because it does not have the solidity and clarity and purity of the eternal nature of the truth.

Those things that you experience as truth, will hold their form. They will not change, they will be immovable, and you will return to them time and time again. Those things that you may hold fast to, that when present in your view, do not dissipate, but become clearer when observed, and hold deeper knowledge as to their function and performance in your world:

• How they may be interpreted
• What they may mean in your lives
• How to apply them in your current circumstances
• How to hold fast to them, in the midst of chaos

So allow yourself to take the swirling ideas around you, or even the presence of a feeling - that you are unsure if it is correct or true - and bring it within the space that has been created here and hold it in front of you for observation and it will show itself to be the truth, or a false pretense. Simply by immersing yourself in the silence, in the willingness to dissolve your own ego and allow it to show itself. It cannot deny this exposure.

You may know the truth of anything you wish through this process. Simply bring it within this container, hold steady, and immerse yourself in the expansive dissolution of your own thoughts, personality, and ego -allowing the mind of one to emerge, and then you will know you have achieved the clarity you are seeking for.

Thank you for the honor of speaking and working with you in this small practice, to bring greater equanimity and consciousness to your planet. I am here to continue to assist whenever needed.
