The Full Moon will be exact on November 15 at 9:29 pm UT, 4:29 pm ET, and 1:29 pm PT.

Venus, the ruler of Taurus and this Full Moon, is in Capricorn – the sign Pluto is leaving.
This activation of Earth sign energy brings grounding, peace, security.
