Akatu: How Starseeds Become Empaths Effortlessly!

Beloved friends of light!

As visitors on a planet of duality, it is quite common to feel lost as souls long for a home unremembered.

In these moments of communication, I hope to bring clarity on many aspects of life experienced by a StarSeed. The outcome of struggling to understand and fit in, often leads to greater compassion for others and the gift of becoming an empath.

The service of an empath is great and yet skills, wisdom and understanding are necessary. Empaths feel the energy of others and emotions are experienced as those of their own heart. This can be useful in assisting another to heal. But there are areas that must be controlled and mastered.

Boundaries must be set in order to prevent an overload to the empath. Without boundaries, structure and distancing, the empath can suffer along with the one they desire to help.

Starseeds become empaths as they walk through loneliness and isolation. Feeling like misfits in groups, they long to be part of it all. But they walk alone as heaviness covers their emotions. Over time, these feelings either make them or break them. For those that truly begin to identify with the hurting, the path is set to develop empathy even further.

Sympathy is feeling sorry for another while empathy joins them in their pain. A healthy empath feels the energy as being very real and immediately knows to set a boundary. This comes with trial and error as the empath learns that energy can harm them or propel them to new transcendence to spirit.

Maybe you know an empath. Maybe you are an empath. Most of those receiving this communication are starseeds. Have you considered your own energy, emotions and reactions that may not be your own at all? Without boundaries, the perception will allow you to believe something is always wrong. You feel sad, afraid, and angry as you distance yourself in confusion. As you settle within there is an absolute knowing that you are fine. The person who has shared their pain will remind you of the emotions you experienced. You are free. You are whole. Create a boundary of light before returning to assist.

Meditation is your gift to create light shields, clear energy and repair chakras. Just as you shower to clean your physical body, the energy body and field must have attention.

Nothing can harm you unless you believe it can. Become aware that you are the creator of your life and story. Everyone is having experiences of ups and downs. Everyone is here to serve others. Using wisdom allows you to care for yourself first and then give your best to another.

Starseeds can experience depletion without self care. Energy leaks all around them until they collapse in a state of exhaustion. The soul knows no chaos but the personality falls into every trap. Be vigilant and guard your heart. You are light and you may return to this place of peace within.

You are never lost, beloved one! You are visiting the earth school for one final experience in duality. Serve others with love as you align with the soul. Protect your energy with intention and the path will always open!
