what was required now 

was a simple interest 

in reaching beyond the familiar 

reaching beyond the habituated 

tendency of the mind 

which keeps you held back in endless fear.

What if a simple child's curious acceptance 

of the truth beyond the habit energy of maya, of false illusion, 

was interested in saying hi, 

was peeking in to say hello? 

Be open to the experience of long ago. 

What was at first very familiar 

until your mind taught you to let go.
