- Details

What you will find
if you follow through
with yesterday's assignment correctly
is that almost immediately
the outpicturing of the old belief will be appear in your life.
It is because it is your old consciousness
coming back to you
with that which you have previously agreed upon.
Breathe.
Remember to breathe
and to not avoid it.
Now begin to see yourself with some added height.
You can see yourself flying, air gliding, using angel wings, jumping high on a trampoline,
whatever you would like that gives you that extra height.
Now see yourself going higher than the past belief.
Even if you hold this for only one sincere second
change will indeed have occurred.
Receive this permanent change now.
