While you hold the belief in the solid provisions of the body 

you miss the essence of the true gift that is upon you.

You are the light that illuminates the body.

That keeps it charged with holy assurance.

The body responds to your change of consciousness 

and frequency

You are not trying to change bodies at all.

You are simply remembering the power of the light.
