is your true self. 

It should be easy since you take it with you 

wherever you go. 

The trick is 

to let the phenomena of the world 

do what it will do. 

You are not ignoring the world. 

You are simply deciding 

that the way

to be of the greatest assistance 

is to breathe 

and tune into 

your true self. 

This is what you are going to be assisting everyone else with. 

Helping them discover 

what you have at last achieved.
