Your message of light for today:

My dear Earth brothers and sisters,

Come sit with me a while by the river, and watch how the water moves. It does not fight the stone in its path. It does not demand the canyon be different than it is. It bends, it yields, it finds the smallest opening, and in time, it carves through mountains — not by force, but by patience joined to constancy.

Many of you are struggling today because you believe that strength means standing rigid against what comes. But the old ones knew a different way. Black Elk once said, 'The first peace, which is the most important, is that which comes within the souls of people.' This inner peace is not stillness without movement — it is the peace of the river, always flowing, always finding its way to the sea, never lost, only changing shape.

When life presses against you, do not brace as stone braces. Flow as water flows. Grief will come, and it will pass through you if you let it move. Anger will come, and it will find its channel to the sea if you do not dam it with shame. You were not made to be a wall. You were made to be a river — always arriving, always becoming, always finding the ocean that is your true home.

Trust the current. It has carried your ancestors, and it carries you now.
