Message from the Angels: Purpose is Love

Message from the Angels: Doing or Being the Purpose is Love

My dear friends, we love you so very much,

There is not a moment in your life when you are without purpose.

Whether you are feeding the poor, baking a cake for a friend, caring for a loved one, pulling weeds, watching television, or taking a nap, you are sending ripples of energy out into the universe.

You are either doing something that uplifts and nurtures your body, mind, or soul, or you are creating contrast that will cause you to want better.

Nothing in the universe is ever wasted. Your kitchen scraps become compost in the landfills—or, for some of you, in your backyard garden. The trees that die in the forest support new life. The trash humanity has dumped into the oceans is inspiring waves of souls to come to Earth with cleanup and conservation as their life path. The hate, war, conflict, and trafficking are triggering millions of beautiful souls to crave and pray for peace, kindness, and protection of the young.

Love, dear ones, is a force that grows eternally. It expands. It cannot be stopped. As so many of you know, there is no darkness in the world that can extinguish the light, but a single, tiny candle can illuminate the dark. Every kind word or deed is such a candle. Every self-loving act is a candle. Every moment when you pause, take a breath, and refuse to react in anger creates greater light. Every nap you take calms the mind and sends ripples from your soul out into the physical universe. Even if you are crying in grief or shouting in anger, the underlying, powerful desire for connection and peace emanates from you.

There is not a moment in your life when you are without purpose—for your primary purpose on Earth is to seek, see, and find ways to express love.

That isn't what you were taught. You were taught your purpose was to produce something, to do something, to earn something, to share something. And while these acts do have purpose, the love beneath them is the true purpose. You could be a heavy metal player in a rock and roll band and share more love than someone who volunteers with arrogance and upset. You could be an atheist with a loving, compassionate heart who spends their life being kind and generating more love than one who professes faith but spends their time belittling others.

Dear ones, while everything does indeed have purpose, you are living a more purposeful life when you seek to create more love in the moment. Can you love yourself when you are too tired to do anything and need some rest? Can you love yourself even if you aren't producing a thing? Can you allow yourself joy without guilt, knowing joy is a very high vibration with a powerful ripple in the cosmic pond?

Natural guilt arises when you stray from your loving self. Programmed guilt can arise when you aren't "doing" something you think you "should" be doing. Ask yourself when you feel guilt: "Am I doing something to care for, uplift, or assist myself or another? Am I adding joy, peace, or goodness to my life or the lives of others?" If you are acting or resting in love, dear ones, guilt is only an old habit and has no true place in your heart.

Your purpose is far easier than you make it. Love. Look for opportunities to bring a little more joy, love, peace, and kindness into your life and into the lives of others. If you enjoy the aroma, inhale the scent of your freshly brewed coffee, revel in the joy of it, and in so doing, you emanate love and appreciation to the hundreds of hands and hearts that brought it to you. If you like music, put on a song you enjoy. Let it lighten your heart, enliven your body, uplift you—and then send a good wish to those you love, whether that's one dear pet or the whole wide world. And when you are among people, be kind. Share a compliment. Listen a little more deeply. Look into the eyes of those you are with.

In so many small and large ways, you can live your true purpose. It is a lot easier than you might think..  Seek love, see love, and be love.

God Bless You! We love you so very much.

Message from Ann

Hi Everyone,

I spent last weekend in the presence of one of the most loving beings I've ever met on this earth. I'm sure there are many, but this one in particular—Amma Karunamayi—is known as an incarnation of the Divine Mother. Her love knows no bounds. In pure connection with the Divine, she sits for hours and days, traveling the world, sharing vast blessings with thousands, and doing ceremonies we may not understand but feel deeply.

She has started free schools, built a free hospital, housed thousands in India who lived in shacks, brought polio vaccines to impoverished communities, installed water treatment facilities in rural areas, created programs to feed the poor in many countries including ours, and most recently is starting a school in Texas where children from around the world can study a variety of topics—from easing anxiety to self-defense (to help avert trafficking), to Hindu chants and enlightenment.

This tiny, beautiful woman is so at one with the Divine that she is a living, breathing example of what the angels call our greatest purpose: to love. Her love is Divine love without obstacles, ego, or resistance. Her love inspires so many that they give, they volunteer, they build, they serve, they pray. And the ripples of her love will bless humanity for generations to come.

While we may never reach that level of love, any loving thought, word, or deed for another, for an animal, for nature, for anything, including ourselves, has great purpose. Our love expands the invisible infinite into the physical world. Your nap creates peace to help balance chaos. Your hobbies fill your heart with joy, which ripples outward. Your kindness touches lives in ways you may not understand until you reach the other side. The angels remind me: no act of love is too great or too small.

Years ago, I received a blessing from Amma that felt different from the usual bliss. It felt more "stern," although that's not quite the right word. When I asked the angels, they said she was praying for me to stop trying to be like her and instead to be more like me. That was a revelation. I had always tried to emulate holy people. But the angels were saying something I already knew deep down:

We are all holy. We are all sacred. We are all at one with the Divine—branches on the tree, waves on the ocean of consciousness—whether we feel it or not.

And being ourselves is enough.

It is what we are meant to be.

A rose must be a rose to serve its purpose. A tulip must be a tulip. Even weeds have their role—without them, erosion would take over the globe! We must remain true to the compass in our own hearts to truly, actively love ourselves.

And so, while I began my angel communicator career wearing mumus (because the only other angel communicator I knew wore them and looked beautiful in them—while I, being a foot shorter, did not!), I shifted to wear my blingy little tank tops because they made my heart sing. While I once tried to be a Christed martyr, I now embrace my own little angel-fairy, joy-seeking, creative self.

So yes, I go to these gatherings, chant mantras in languages I don't understand, and join in ceremonies whose meaning I may never know. But I know energy, and I know love—and that feels authentic to me. Anything you authentically do with love matters. If you love puzzles, do them with love. If you're caring for others and only have a few moments to care for yourself, do it with love. If you enjoy movies, enjoy them—and bless the people whose purpose is to entertain us. Support their livelihood with each view.

Love is the purpose. Love is what lives within us, gives us life, and wants us to shape it creatively in this beautiful 3D world. It doesn't matter if others don't know or care. In the very next breath, we can send a loving thought and ripple the pond of human consciousness for the better.

Here are a few tips to bring more authentic love into your life:

1. Don't waste your time trying to like what you don't.

When they were teaching me the true nature of love, the angels liked to say, "Ann, you can't make bad food taste good, and you can't make bad behavior feel good. Stop looking back and trying to like it! Love what you can now."

That wisdom was sweet relief. I stopped trying to force myself to feel what I did not.

Now, when old painful thoughts arise, I treat them like unwanted guests. I take a breath and say, "We're done with that!"Then I look around and find what feels good now. Small things count. Don't waste your time trying to feel good about what didn't feel good. Instead, give yourself permission to feel how you feel, then gently reach for something better here and now.

2. Talk back to guilt.

If you feel guilty for resting, enjoying life, or simply being alive when others are not, stop and question it. Are you hurting someone? Are you acting contrary to your loving nature? Or are you just caring for yourself as the Divine impulse guided you to?

Talk to guilt as if it were a child who doesn't understand: "Honey, you don't deserve guilt just because you're not pleasing someone else. You count too!" Be sweet to yourself, and use your willpower to remind yourself that at your core, you are kind and loving.

3. Find your "signature" way to share love.

This is fun! Find something that feels natural and joyful to you.

I have a friend who bakes cookies for her doctors. They adore her and look forward to her visits—and she always seems to land cancellations when she needs them!

Another friend is a brilliant photographer who loves to share the beauty of nature. Her work is a stunning glimpse into heaven on earth and uplifts all who see it. Through the lens of her admirers she gets to see her own gifts in a beautiful light.

I have a client who loves getting to know peopele. He chats with everyone including waiters and staff wherever he goes. They know him, love him, and he always seems to get a good table.

I love sharing angel wisdom, the beauty of nature, herbs from the garden, tips, tricks and tidbits that have helped me in my life, how to work with AI in wonderful ways, recipes, compliments, energy., creative projects, and so much more! I get to feel the energy flowing through me as I share it.

Each of us has a signature way, or ways, of sharing love that feels good to us. A musician plays. An artist paints. A caregiver cares. A programmer solves problems. A dog mom loves her pup, who shares that love right back. Even a napper ripples peace into the world. And those of you playing in retirement contribute to the vibraiton of joy!

We don't give to get. We don't love to be loved back. We love because it feels good and right to do so, when done in an authentic way. Each of you can share love in some small way that feels natural, instinctual, and wonderful to you.

So while it feels good to engage in activities that feel purposeful, the reason we seek such activities and want a sense of purpose is because we want to feel the love that we are. We want to share love with others.

The greatest purpose—whether you're feeding the poor or enjoying a shaft of sunlight coming through the window—is to seek, see, and be love.

This love can be shared in ways both small and grand, but never is it insignificant.

Have a blessed week,
Love,
Ann
