My dear friends, we love you so very much,

Your earth is going through massive death and rebirth at this time, letting go of stagnant energies on behalf of humanity, as surely as you would move and stretch to release the tensions in your own body. The earthquakes, floods, and other natural phenomena are never “punishments” from the Creator, nor an absence of love. Instead, they are part of nature’s dynamic attempts to remain in balance. Areas of tension seek to be released. Where there is weakness, nature seeks to strengthen.

You have the same forces within your own bodies, constantly and dynamically inspiring you to seek balance. Every time you stretch or crack your back, thousands of cells are moved from their prior positions as you bring your body back into alignment. This is not cruelty, dear friends. It is nature’s constant impulse to regain harmony and order.

When your Earth releases a large amount of energy, most of you feel it—many without knowing exactly why you are feeling as you do. You may feel a sudden resurgence of energy or a rush of tears. You may find your own body moving, cracking, and popping along with her. You may sense the reactions of masses of human beings affected by her changes. You may suddenly notice that what felt stuck starts moving once again. You may have emotional releases that you can’t relate to anything in your personal life. Your souls are all cells in the body of the earth, and you cannot help but notice her changes at some level in your lives.

As with all things, your reaction to an energy or event will define how you feel. When you look at the news and feel sorrow as you witness devastation, underneath, we see a heart that cares deeply about your fellow human beings. Focus on the sorrow, and you will feel pain. Focus on the caring, and you will feel profound love. Both feelings exist. They are flip sides of a wave of compassion. As you focus on caring and compassion, thus aligning with your spirit, the sorrow will be less noticeable.

Feelings of powerlessness in the face of adversity come from human conditioning. Waves of inspiration and compassion are birthed from the soul.

Your caring and compassion may inspire a desire to pray, send your love, or hold the hurting souls in your heart’s warmth. You may feel an urge to assist at the material level or to live your life in love and joy and create positive ripples in the field.

Likewise, the way to be of service to anyone in pain, sorrow, or a time of challenge—whether you know them intimately or see them on the news—is to have compassion for them, respect for their soul’s journey, and hold them in a space of love. You can’t fix their pain. You can’t relieve them of their journey. But you can love them. You can “hold a candle” for a brighter future, envisioning them in a better space. You can imagine holding them in the light of the Divine. You can acknowledge their feelings with love and compassion. You may be guided to help on the human level.

You can also resolve to avoid pity, for pity arises from a sense that someone is powerless, disconnected, and incapable of finding their way. Compassion sees the powerful soul within, even when another cannot. Pity says, “Poor you.” Compassion says, “I know this is unthinkably hard. My heart is with you in your time of need. I will bear witness to the strength and light within you until you feel that once again. I have faith in the Divine within you and that the Creator will love and guide you. I love you. I will do what I honestly can to help. I respect your indomitable spirit.” It may not be appropriate to say these things aloud, but this is an energy you can carry that will serve the one who is going through the challenge.

While you witness devastating earth changes, we are busy welcoming thousands back into the light. Countless angels and loved ones are holding the hearts of those who are grieving on earth. We wrap our light around every soul in need. We hold tight to our focus on the strength of their human spirit, a brighter future ahead, and an outpouring of love. We send guidance and try in many ways to light the path ahead.

You can be this light for hurting hearts without martyring yourself. Real love and real compassion make you feel energized, on purpose, and aligned. They connect you with the power that creates worlds, heals all wounds, and gives you life. You become a link in the chain, helping others remember that the Divine loves them too. When life seems dark, your kindness will help them know the grace of the Divine. Your love will remind them that love exists even after loss. Your belief in them, even if held within, will share a feeling of strength and support.

Feel your feelings, dear ones, then turn to the love within. You are not powerless to help another soul, whether you know them or not. In a state of loving connection, you become a light to them, an angel and a blessing on this earth.

Message from Ann...

Hi Everyone,

I don’t often watch the news, but I do watch YouTube because I like to learn and explore new ideas. This past week, it has been plastered with horrific scenes of the floods in Nepal. I sat there with tears in my eyes when I watched the first several videos, my heart aching for those in need. I soon realized that this wasn’t helping anyone, so I resolved to reconnect, realign, and do what I could to be the light.

I turned everything off for a while and sat, breathed, and received until I felt Divine love flooding my being. Tapped in once again, I turned on another video and began to pray with my energy, flowing love, kindness, support, and strength to all who “randomly” appeared on my feed. I can’t assist in rescue efforts from my place on earth, but I can hold the hearts of those who hurt, imagine them surrounded in the warmth of Divine light, and add my prayer to that of millions who areflowing love to those in need.

Those affected by disasters—both those who die and those who remain—are often angels on earth, enduring the unthinkable to inspire the world’s compassion. Those who died in the floods left quickly and were in the light before they knew what happened. Those who remain on earth need our strength and our love.

In my personal life, I have been called to stay in a powerful space of love often these past few weeks. When Mom ran out of oxygen on the plane, I was not allowed to leave my seat, so I went inward, connected, and with all my heart wrapped her in light. The next week, when a dear one’s heartbeat dropped below 22 and they were sent by ambulance to the emergency room, I went inward again and again held them in light and God’s grace. They received a lifesaving operation.

A few days later, I found out an old friend had fallen, broken several bones, had the spine fused, and was in physical therapy without being able to walk just yet. On the phone, I simply said, “Shut your eyes. I am bringing the light.” I sent my awareness to their space and held their spirit in an embrace of angelic light. They felt it.

We sometimes feel so powerless because there’s not a lot we can “do” to help another. We can’t be with them physically. We can’t change a tough situation. We can’t make them “get” how much help is there or the alternative ways to handle challenges. Sometimes the pain we see is so big it seems like we are an ant crossing a sidewalk to help a giant.

That is the perspective of the human personality. The soul sees our connection to the Divine. The soul knows we are like a fire hose hooked up to an infinite supply of water, capable of nourishing people in ways most can’t imagine. We are like that hose, hooked up to an infinite supply of Divine love, as long as we take care of ourselves, take time to receive that love, and keep ourselves in a decent vibe. Love knows no limits in space or time. In connection with that love, we can work at a distance, help those who don’t want to receive advice, and assist, often in ways so subtle no one will ever know they’ve been helped.

It doesn’t matter. We don’t need credit for our energy work. We just want to love, and in our connection to love, we can help others heal, remain strong, and create kinder futures.

Here are a few very practical ways to help when you can’t do much at the human 3D level:

1. Align your own spirit with love first

We are most powerful when we allow our connection with the Divine to flow freely. Before helping another, fill your cup. Do something you enjoy. Listen to a song that lifts you. Sit. Breathe. Receive until you feel the love pouring to you and through you. Go out in nature.

Do something—anything—that connects you with the feelings of Divine love.

Then, and only then, can we most powerfully aim the energy that creates worlds.

2. Focus on the light in another

When I used to see people in person, many would come to my office clearly fighting a cold. I didn’t want to take part in that energy, nor did I want that vibration remaining for my next clients. So I focused on the person in front of me and imageind them being positively healthy, glowing with light and radiant vibrancy. Almost always, they’d heat up, feel better, and leave without sniffles. I wasn’t doing it for them. I was like a tuning fork, helping them find the frequency of well-being so they could let it in. We’re all capable of this simply through our willingness to focus beyond circumstances.

When you see someone suffering, look beyond and imagine them in joy. When you see someone sick, focus on their soul’s radiant, vibrant health. When you see someone thinking, “I can’t,” quietly focus on them finding out that they can. When you see devastating earth changes, pick a random person you see on the news and imagine wrapping light and love around them, whispering to their soul, “You are loved. I am with you. You are not alone.” They won’t hear, see, or know you, but they’ll feel a whisper of strength or a sudden feeling that they can take the next step.

The world of energy is real, potent, and available to be directed in love at all times.

3. Listen to your guidance

If you have set an intention to help another, you will be guided as to when to call, speak up, or remain silent. As you quiet your mind and trust that God loves you both, you will be impulsed to do what is needed for the other in a way that is in alignment with your energy and intentions. Resources that the Divine knows will be beneficial will be provided and made known. You will give from the fullness of your connection to love.

When we give from our ego rather than from the true impulses of our soul, we can easily burn out or feel resentment. Authentic soul-giving inspires, empowers, and creates greater flow in and out of our lives. You’ll easily know the difference.

Soul-giving feels good. When it crosses into should-giving or ego-giving, it feels forced.

We are powerful in our connection, even though most of us will never see the invisible world of energy. We can’t see gravity, and yet it helps align stars and planets. We can’t see love, but we know it when we feel it. And just as we feel invisible love, so too can others. When they are ready, they will feel the love and compassion we offer.

Whether they know us and feel it personally, or we will never meet and they just feel a sudden sense of, “I can take the next step,” love is the ultimate healer and the guide to a kinder life.
