Dear Ones,

The negative self talk you continue out of habit was never true. Those opinions were instilled in you from people who did not have the ability to see you in your truth and certainly were not qualified to assess your worth. If they were at a level to see your truth they would have no interest in judging you at all! They would only see you with pure love, the utmost respect, and unwavering acceptance.

Negative self talk does not serve you in any way. In fact, it keeps you in a trauma response and your nervous system on overdrive.

Breaking the Loop

Is this a habit you have? Have you done all the healing work for the wounds you have received from others and then continue to wound yourself? Can you see how this can keep you in a loop that doesn’t get you anywhere at all?

It is your sacred duty to create a safe space for yourself to settle into your beingness and to start to acknowledge the beauty and truth of you. How you treat yourself is likely the final frontier on your healing journey.
