Many of you have shied away from feeling your emotions because you have been afraid of being overwhelmed by them.

The problem with not wanting to feel emotions is you just don’t block out the unpleasant ones, you also block out the joy of the human experience.

Many of you have rolled up your sleeves and decided that you were going to feel your emotions and embarked on your shadow work/healing journeys. But that also can become just being focused on what you perceive as being wrong and not acknowledging the many wonderful feelings that are part of the human experience.

So our recommendation to you today is to allow yourself to feel the joy. It exists for you just as much as the other emotions and is ready and waiting for you to put as much effort into acknowledging it as you have the other emotions you deem as less desirable.
