We mentioned yesterday that you cannot kick someone up the staircase of enlightenment. Today we would like to remind you that you cannot do that to yourselves, either.

Every time you berate, judge, bully, or negate yourself you are denying the truth of who you truly are at your core – a beautiful, courageous, essential and beloved aspect of Source participating in a grand shift of consciousness.

The Cost of Negative Self Focus

Your negative focus serves no one. It does not make you better, in fact, it keeps you unsure and shrunk into yourself. In no way does it help you evolve, honour yourself, or your sacred mission.

Negative self focus may feel natural because that was the way you were raised or treated by those who did not have the ability to see you in your truth. If you look through the eyes of wisdom, you know that cannot get you where you wish to be. It will only keep you in an endless cycle of believing you are not good enough that will make it impossible to reach where your soul is beckoning you to go.

It Is Safe to Be You

It is safe to be you. It is safe to accept yourself. It is safe to love and encourage yourself. In fact, that is the fuel you need to get everything you wanted to out of your life expression.
