86: The “Attitude of Gratitude” carries over into today. If material concerns are bugging you then take a few minutes and give those worries to the angels. Do this as often as you need to (sometimes these things just keep knocking at the door) to bring you a little peace of mind. Fear and worry can block your energy so letting go of them or letting things just be can help clear the mind and help us balance. Remember to embrace gratitude on all levels and don’t cut yourself short by focusing on a single area. Free-flowing energy assists our manifestation process by attracting good things to us like a magnet. So focus on a positive outcome because good things are headed your way!

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

• Archangel Sandalphon hears all requests and makes sure that they get to the Angel or Ascended Master who is best able to handle them. Ask him to help you clearly understand the information that you receive (his favorite mode of communication is music!). Sandalphon also provides us with an emotional boost of courage. This is important as it helps us to make bold decisions that will help us on our path.

• The Ascended Master Kuthumi helps us to navigate the distractions of everyday life. He encourages us to focus on what’s important right now and to stop fighting the things that we have no control over, which blocks our problem solving and creative flow. • The Hindu Goddess Kali is a dark mother and goddess of death. Each time we let go of something that no longer serves us we are in truth embracing a “little death” and fear often accompanies the letting go process. One of Kali’s greatest lessons is through our worst fears lies the freedom we gain in conquering them. She says:“Dreams must be created with focus and intent. I will help you to embrace the courage and motivation that you need to see things through to a successful conclusion.”

• Green Calcite also helps to create harmony which allows us to dissolve rigid beliefs and outdated programming. • Sodalite is a stone for the mind, it promotes clear and calm thinking. and activates intuition as it draws down information to the physical level. It dispels confusion and releases outdated thought patterns while creating space for new ideas. It also helps us to look for and find the truth and makes it possible to stand up for our personal beliefs while remaining true to yourself by boosting our confidence and self-esteem.

• Zincite helps to remove energy blocks which gets our life force flowing, which aids our manifestation process. It also restores our energy when it becomes depleted by giving away too much of ourselves to others.
