2022 Taurus New Moon and partial Solar Eclipse

01 May at 4.28 am AWST Perth- 6.28 am AEST Sydney NSW Australia

Eclipses are powerful portals that can open the door to the future (New Moon Solar Eclipse) or close the door to the past (Full Moon Lunar Eclipse). We are experiencing both in the next Moon cycle. This New Moon partial Eclipse asks us to focus on what is of true value and importance in our lives. Are you coming from a prosperity consciousness or stuck in a constant feeling of lack? Prosperity is not just on the material plane but a true appreciation for what makes your heart sing.  Taurus is the Fixed Earth sign that can see beauty in everything. That is the theme for the next six months. To find the beauty in all life. Taurus has a spiritual connection to Buddha Consciousness, the Path of Loving Kindness. That is also the theme for this eclipse cycle. 

For some of us who are experiencing this New Moon on April 30 it is the second New Moon of the month (the first was April 01 with the Aries New Moon of inspired new vision). I consider it the Blue Moon of Transformation) guided by Clan Mother “Becomes Her Vision”. She is the Guardian of transformation. She teaches us to become our vision and release our old self that no longer serves us. She will also guide us for the next six Moon cycles. If you are experiencing this New Moon Eclipse on May 01 your Blue Moon will occur on May 30 in Gemini, healing duality and choosing to unite in Love. But Becomes Her Vision will be guiding us all for the next six months.

And for all of us this Taurus New Moon Eclipse is guided by Venus at 27 degrees Pisces (mystical union). She is guided by Jupiter at 27 degrees Pisces and Neptune at 24 degrees Pisces (the path of Love Wisdom and illumination). They are all sextile (new easy opportunities) Pluto Rx at 28 degrees Capricorn (transformation of society). Pluto just turned retrograde on April 29 and will be in backward motion until Oct 08 so he is helping us to heal our shadow wounds and experience transformation and rebirth. The New Moon is travelling with Uranus at 14 degrees Taurus (breakthrough to what is of true importance) adding to the theme of Transformation. Mars at 11 degrees Pisces (spiritual action) is sextile the Solar Eclipse and Uranus. Pisces is the Oneness of All and healing separation.

Our Animal Totem guide for the New Moon in Taurus is Beaver, clearing the old and building the new. The astrological Earth is in Scorpio and is guided by Snake, shedding the old, healing and release. They are reversed for the Southern Hemisphere. These Animal Totems are also guiding us at the Scorpio Lunar Eclipse of May 15/16. That Lunation completes the lessons of the last six months. The Clan Mothers who are walking with Becomes Her Vision are Listening Woman for Taurus. She is the guardian of the Stillness and Inner knowing. She teaches us to listen to our heart’s wisdom. For Scorpio we are guided by Walks Tall Woman. She is the Mother of Beauty and Grace and new pathways. She teaches us to Walk the Path of Truth. (The 13 Original Clan Mothers by Jamie Sams). These Clan Mothers also walk with us at the Scorpio Lunar Eclipse.

In Esoteric Astrology Taurus and Scorpio are found on the 4^th Ray of Harmony through Conflict or Inner Harmony through Beauty and Peace. It is the Ray of humanity. We all know what we need to choose to unite the world. Taurus is active on the Tarot Constellation of The Hierophant. The path of the Wise Teacher and Dancing to the tune of a different drummer.

And remember all of these energies are guiding us until the next New Moon Eclipse in Scorpio on Oct 25.
