Embrace Life Change for True Growth

Today, as the moon grows in fullness the energies are building activating our inner world and inviting us into greater alignment with our hearts, our feelings, emotions and intuition.  

Our sensitivity is expanding creating a deeper emotional awareness and drawing our attention to our feelings and emotions.  We can expect new insights into our emotional needs and into what now needs healing and release. 

The ebb and flow of emotions is as natural as the ebb and flow of the tides.  Both are characterized by natural cycles of change and fluctuation.  Just as the tides ebb and flow your emotions rise and fall, with moments of intensity followed by periods of calm.  Allow yourself to soften into the movement of emotions and feelings without the need to judge or hold too tightly to whatever is surfacing.  Let your heart open and reflect on what is rising from the unconscious.  This is an opportunity to regroup and reflect on how your emotional state impacts and or defines your experience.  Remember that accepting change means letting go of what was, accepting what has happened and allowing life to change.
