There is an intensity to our current process of awakening, healing and growth that is radically shifting and upgrading our energetic operating system.  It can be difficult to find stability or traction as many of the things we are focusing on or wanting to bring into form feel like moving targets as all that is no longer needed or required is being eliminated and cleared.  As a result, we are being forced to release any expectations and attachments and to review and revise what we are doing and where we think we are going.

With the Equinox in September a new season of change and transformation was initiated which, has brought a sense of urgency and a deepening awareness of the importance of this time.  Everything you are experiencing has been designed to bring to the fore all your human issues and with each shift a deeper layer of your wounding and pain is cleared.  This process is assisting you in clearing and realigning your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies and will ultimately facilitate the merging of your soul.  Be mindful that the density of your old feelings, emotions, thoughts, and beliefs is being transformed and you may experience exaggerated feelings and a heightened awareness of your thoughts.  Observe what is occurring without attachment and allow the clearing to take place.
