Restore, Recharge & Rebalance in Preparation

In the past few years, we have been navigating our way through a time of confusion and uncertainty, which has pushed us beyond that which we have always known and accepted.  

As a result, we are having to learn how to live in the space between stability and chaos while also being open to change and the transformation of every aspect of our being.   

Being called to repeatedly respond to change has created both an internal and external pressure which is creating strain within your energetic system.  This week particularly be attentive to your energy.  Be mindful that you are being readied for the weekend’s Full Moon and Equinox which will take you into the next season and a new phase of your healing and growth.  Use the next few days to recharge, restore and rebalance yourself.  Minimize distractions and focus on freeing your energy from the people, places and things that drain and deplete you.
