The 6th dimensional Lyran-Arcturian Council see in our energy fields that we are already transmuting into 5th dimensional beings. They say that if we choose consciously to manifest our highest reality – to be healthy, happy and wise, then we will succeed in embracing the changes of 2022 joyfully.

They explain that in broad terms, 2021 was about letting go of resistance – and that those who did not succeed in letting go of that which does not serve them, caused great turbulence in their own personal realities. Letting go might mean letting go of relationships that do not serve you; moving from a home that isn’t right for you, etc. We are shown where we are in resistance by negative circumstances that manifest in our lives. It is not too late - simply notice where you have caused yourself harm and let go, right here, right now.

As we step through the December Solstice into the 2022 – we choose to EMBRACE CHANGE – a different version of the same thing. The only way forward is through embracing change and going with the flow of delightful synchronicities that flow our way.

As we increase our Light Quotient, the Lyran-Arcturian Council see us more clearly in energetic terms, and are therefore more easily able to assist us in terms of energetic recalibration. They ask us in 2022 to dance more, to move more, to stretch more – in order to open the Meridians of Light in the body (nadhis) in order to integrate the Light Codes better. Grounding, sufficient rest, sleep, exercise – this commonsense advice is about more than keeping healthy, rested and sane – they are about our assisting our bodies cope with the higher dimensional codes and frequencies that are ours to integrate in 2022.

The loving Pleiadian Councils come in to help us increase our Light Quotient through conscious Ujai Breath practise (breathing slower and deeper though compressing the internal throat passage) that includes prana awareness. We are asked to be aware of the prana we are inhaling by seeing it as Light entering the body, and then with every exhalation to watch that Light move into our DNA strands.

This brings joy and excitement coursing through our emotional fields, and we learn to consciously hold those emotions in our emotional fields. Finally we affirm joyfully: I am increasing my Light Quotient! We shift our focus from we do not want to what we choose to manifest, thereby assuring the success of the Divine Plan for Ascension on Gaia. And So It Is!
