"Greetings! We’re delighted to share a new transmission from Shambala. There’s so much we could talk about, but today we’d like to give you a glimpse into what a typical day looks like for us.

Life here is deeply peaceful. We don’t focus much on physical activities—instead, we spend our time mastering the art of meditation. For us, meditation is the key to evolving consciousness and reaching higher states of being. It’s kind of our specialty.

We live in the Inner Earth, but before you imagine caves and dirt, let’s clarify—we exist in the etheric realm. It’s an energetic space where we’re nurtured by the core of the Earth. Now, the Earth’s core might not be what you expect. It’s hollow, but don’t worry, it’s filled with energy. Imagine it like a cosmic power source, sort of like a black hole—but not quite. It’s the closest comparison we can make.

Thanks to this energy, life thrives beneath the Earth’s surface. Our main focus is staying connected with this reality and expanding our consciousness. We don’t really worry about the physical world because we’ve already mastered that part. Here, whatever we imagine instantly becomes part of our experience. It’s like instant manifestation—no waiting, no delays.

Material things? We’ve moved beyond them. Our true passion lies in exploring multidimensional realms and improving communication with beings who exist on different frequencies. We’re also committed to helping transmute negative energies back into love. It’s all about raising the vibration.

Our daily life is simple. We spend a lot of time in meditation and practicing breathwork. We eat very little, mostly because we don’t really need food. It’s more of a curiosity than a necessity.

Through our meditation, we connect with multiple dimensions and share knowledge with higher beings to promote well-being throughout the universe. We see everything as interconnected, and our purpose is to support all life—on Earth and beyond.

Physically, we’re small and almost transparent. But when we interact with you, we take on a more familiar human form to make communication easier. We don’t use external technology because we can alter our environment with intention alone. That said, we rarely need to make adjustments—everything here flows perfectly. No accidents, no danger. If we ever leave our physical bodies, we simply continue to exist in the astral realm. We don’t die or lose our memories; we just move between forms when needed.

Whether in a physical form or not, we’re here to assist with the Earth’s ascension. We love connecting with those who understand our reality and seek to expand their own consciousness.
