This week’s guidance from the Ascended Masters, Galactics, Earth Elementals, Faery Elders, Angels, and Archangels known as the Collective:

Greetings, friends! We are very pleased to have this time to speak with you today.

We see a number of things troubling many at present, and as we have said in other Messages, it is not unusual that in a period of transition from Old to New (and especially from an old Earth to a New Earth), there would be bumps in the road and a general uneasiness about the direction things are going in.

This is why we assure you often that you are not alone in your Earth mission, and not alone in your Earth lives, either as a human race or as individuals.

When you have a quiet moment (and you may need to quite intentionally create one, those of you who have both a busy work day and a busy family life), sit down with your Spirit team of guides, Angels, and higher self, and ask a few questions.

Those questions might can address your own life—your health, finances, relationships, work, or other areas.

They can also address areas of interest regarding what is happening in the world at present.

You might ask if your country is headed for a renewal of government, economics, social structure, or other areas—the kind of renewal that either presages NESARA or is part of its actual occurrence.

Using muscle testing for a Yes or No answer is often a simple way to get clarity on these issues.

Ask for clarity on these areas in ways that will hold your thoughts and emotions in a place of calm and inner Knowing, as questions tend to run through people’s minds, often at the back of their thinking, that can cause inner stress and quiet forms of anxiety that the conscious mind must also deal with.

It is so that some seemingly out-of-control fires, floods, droughts, illnesses, and other issues have been occurring in some parts of the world. 

And so it is understandable that your subconscious would move into self-protection, bringing up memories of current or past life difficulties that relate energetically to what some are now experiencing. 

These images and emotional imprints then rise close to the surface of your conscious mind, though they are not quite articulated by it.

It is then easy to carry a sort of low-grade anxiety and unsureness about life that extends to many areas of it, such as your job, home, vehicle or general wellness. 

All of this is quite understandable.

Yet we would ask, as would your Spirit team, that you release energetic messages of fear and anxiety about this issue or that, instead of allowing them to direct your emotional vibration and thought levels.

Far better to remain calm by being aware that many distress signals put out through the media and other outlets exist mainly to promulgate fear amongst the masses.

Allowing these energetic signals to dampen your outlook only leads you to stress your energy systems further.

In the modern era, you function far more fully and positively through calm than through panic or worry.

And so while we empathize with you, as you move from one form of Earth life into another, we ask that you be as kind and supportive of yourself at this time as possible, as the stresses of any sort of move or transition can be considerable and often tiring.

More rest, more organic fruits and vegetables, more pure water, more calm and meditation time, and more grounding by being out in Nature, are what are called for now.

Many natural herbs, vitamins, and supplements also strengthen the body against not only illness, but the effects of long-term stress, such as each modern person is subjected to in everyday life.

And so we encourage you all to be the sort of Light in your homes and communities which only assists, builds up, inspires, and encourages others with your special brand of Peaceful living.

Being purely in the Now, with an eye to your and your loved ones’ well-being, will carry you further than any anxious emotion of self-protectiveness.

We also encourage you to release the idea of high productivity as the indicator of whether the day has gone well or not.

Instead, view your and your loved ones’ mental/emotional, physical, and energetic vibration as being the main point of care and interest in your day.

We believe in your Ascension, dear ones, and so must you.

You are at every moment becoming increasingly crystalline in cellular structure.

And Earth and Her people have already made their choice to carry on with the creation of the New Earth, minus any dense events that others may have planned.

Go outside often, and breathe in the higher Light of your Sun!

Image that Divine Golden Light filling your entire system—every cell—with Love and a higher Light that heals, renews, and supports all your systems, all your life breath, all your dreams. For it does.
