Dear Ones,

When you feel as though you are on “unstable ground” we would give you some tips or practices that will help you feel more stable. 

When you practice setting intentions you allow your energy field to resonate with not just those things in your Earth life that you wish to be in resonance with, you also resonate with other dimensional frequencies. In other words, you are allowing things not of Earth to help you create the lives and environment in which you wish to live. In this way, being aware of this “energy field” and setting your intention to have this energy resonate at what you would call a higher dimensional frequency is a good way to more easily achieve the states and the ways of being you wish. 

When you walk through your world holding this intention in your energy field it is as if you are untouchable to those things you do not wish to interact with. We know it is difficult the majority of time to hold this intention and to resonate at this energy level – the higher dimensional frequency. However, it does not take much in this Earth plane to achieve results. So for example, if you could hold this intention for merely 10% or 20% of your day it will create more than 10% or 20% results because higher dimensional frequencies have a much larger ability to impact this dimension. 

And so, you can begin a practice of setting an intention to align with more other dimensional frequencies (you call them “higher dimension” but in reality, there is not a hierarchy – we would more accurately call it a dimension of more of the experience of how to achieve results quickly or instantaneously) and you have the ability to do this here. 

So set the intention to connect with your higher dimensional ways of being and you will see a great amplification in the ways of being you wish to experience.
