The molecules of water are able to old any energies that are being placed in it.

More so, the water molecules amplify the energies.  

When you send love to water and then drink it, it is not only a tangible act of ingesting more love into your physical body. 

The energy of love is exponentially expanding into your emotional, mental and spiritual body, as well as your aura. 

Besides the mechanics of the energies, your active focus on love as you are sending it to the water and then drink it, is getting you accustomed to the reality of generating love within yourself.

If done on a consistent basis, as water is so readily available, the energies are increasing every time you are repeating this process.

As you are increasing the energies of love within yourself, you are radiating love into your world. 

Since the human body is 60% water, when you are sending love to another human, you are charging the water content in the other person with love as well.

Every thought and emotion you are sending to others, returns eventually back to you. 

Your thoughts are so very powerful and the more you become aware of it, you can begin to consciously change the dynamics of your world.

You can actively choose, what you wish to create more of, 

by choosing the energies that you are sending out to others.

Water plays an important role in this process.
