"I am Anna, and I come to you in stillness. Today is a very special day for me, a day when I am given a new opportunity to let my words unfold so they may reach your heart.

Beloved friends, you have been misled into believing in a narrative that does not serve your highest existence. Life is not about surviving, life itself takes care of survival — it is about evolving and transcending this reality. See it as a game with many levels; Earth is only one of them. You came here to play the game and then to move on, and you can move on only when your vibration rises high enough.

The Ascension of the Physical Body

This happens when your physical body ascends, meaning it begins to merge with your subtle bodies. This is meant to take place while you are still on the Earth plane. The physical body merges with the subtle ones when your chakras merge as well, and this occurs when your kundalini awakens and unites all chakras into a single column — a tube of light that expands until it becomes one with the light bodies.

This process is simple, yet it has been hidden from you for ages. My beloved master Babaji taught me this from the very beginning of my life on Earth. As many of you know, Babaji paved the path of what you now call Kriya Yoga. He is the father of many tools and techniques that help one raise the serpent.

The Awakening of the Serpent and Sacred Science

Now I come to you with a simpler vision: the serpent is your cerebrospinal fluid, already noticed and documented by your scientists. When it awakens, it is meant to pour into the pineal gland, which then begins to create more melatonin, bringing deep relaxation, connection, and peace. From there, expansion unfolds.

Your chakras unite as energy rises from the root, and your physical body begins to dissolve its density. This can occur only under very clear circumstances: a diet based on what is natural and grown in the sun, an empty mind — or a mind free of burdens — and focused attention.

From Ego to I AM

Your evolution means that your energy levels transform. Your ego is meant to dissolve so you may recognize yourself again as the I AM. When the cerebrospinal fluid awakens, your dormant genes awaken as well, this is what is meant by “activating your DNA.” It is not a miracle; it is a scientific process.

As your vibration rises, your body begins to produce substances you were never taught about. Ultimately, your body was designed to become completely independent.

Walk the path, and you will know through your own experience. Do not be pulled by the veils of the illusory world. Stay centered in your aspirations, and they shall become your reality.
