Goddess Minerva: Reconnect with Mother Earth

I am very old, and for me, Mother Earth is everything.

You are a part of her, as you walk on her, live on her, breathe your breaths there.

Mother Earth provides your environment to live in.

So how you treat her becomes your reality.

If you throw litter on the ground or water, this will be your new environment to live in.

Every move matters. Move your hand to the trash can and throw the litter there.

But there is sadly worse happenings going on, over your heads.

So you need to awaken to what is going on.

As long as money rules the world, you cannot trust anyone.

Look with your own eyes! There is a comfortable world within the fiction, games, movies, and you can live there, not embracing reality of Mother Earth.

Go unplugged! Go no-screen, every day! And look for yourself what is going on.

Mother Earth actually depends on what you do! She depends on what you choose to do with your reality.

Now you can lie on your sofa, controlling your lawnmower, your kitchen appliances to clean or cook your dinner; you hardly need to move your body.

More and more devices are highly intelligent, but nothing beats your biological intelligence.

Cut your lawn with the old lawnmower, walk those steps, and get sweaty.

Put your hands into the dough when you bake the bread, feel it, touch it, move your body, and move and use your fingers to create a lovely bread, feel the joy when you create!

The new threadless programmable technical appliances need to be connected to your router and the masts.

And soon your electrical bills will go up, for you need more power to the server halls, data centers, to make them all work.

So you will stay more and more on your sofa, looking at a TV series or a movie or playing a game via the console, and you will use your own legs less, your fingers less, your brain less.

Your body is meant to be used! Your brain needs stimuli as opening up for more creativity, more imagination.

Seeing a movie or playing a game is not all bad, of course not, but it serves you its own fantasy on a platter.

Your dear Mother Earth needs your fingers in the soil when you are in the garden, when you plant seeds. And this gives you a heartfelt joy too!

Every move you do with your body makes a certain chemistry working that your body needs to feel good.

When you do handicraft, when you use your fingers and hands, you give your brain energy and stimuli, and you feel better, stronger, and more focused. And why?

You are meant to move your fingers, and you are meant to move and walk, run, jog.

You are meant to watch a wonderful sunrise and say a prayer and imagine a beautiful day and then make this happen, via your love for creativity.

Being outdoors will give you heightened senses and gives you inspiration to new good projects.

Maybe it is time to set some rules?

One hour each day to watch some ready-made fantasy on movies and so? And then make it on your own like your forefathers did.

Your ancestors could appreciate the leaves of a tree, to observe them as they moved in the wind.

As they did this, they could tell from which direction the wind came. And therefore, they could tell what weather it would be the day after.

There is so much knowledge the elders have. Ask them! Now! And learn from them! Their knowledge is so important!

Your ancestors learned about the land, the wind, the waters, and the seasons that change and much more.

They met around the table or around the fire and talked to each other.

Now you have replaced the fire with the TV or a computer? And you sit quiet and listening and looking at the TV, not so much talking to each other?

It’s OK, but please make up your mind, dear. Maybe it is time to take a time-out from it, do something else? Take out your old granny’s recipes of lemonade or bread or pie, and make it, bake it!

Listen to the birds that sing and hear the rain fall and feel the wind in your hair.

Your nonna and ancestors never sat by a screen looking, getting all their creativity from a programmed fiction. They could read books! And books leave room for your own fantasy to bloom as you read! You create your own pictures in your mind when you read a book!

You can learn a craft, maybe what your grandfather did? Granny? Mother or father?

Ask them. Let them show you!

I am not saying that everything was better before, in the old days, but back in older days, they found time to slow-cook food, to knit a sweater, to bake bread, make lemonade, mow the lawn, to talk to each other, to look at each other and create bonds between people and hearts; they laughed and cried together, they shared over a good meal.

There should be free bus rides to beautiful spots to watch the sunrise together, bonding for the wonderful new future you can create together.

I love you, and I know you are a true creator, but you have to remember that you are!
